I had flu and Covid jabs and saw the GP all in one shot.
The booking system is online and easy. The premises are old worldly and comforting. The reception staff are efficient. The nurse was experienced and delightful.
I had blood tests done. The GP ordered them and the results came back in 24 hours. Very nice GP too.

A really great private GP service. Warm, friendly and professional doctors who make you feel special and heard. The appointments are never rushed and you are properly examined and treated. Highly recommended.

Very easy process for scheduling and convenient hours. Excellent communication about availability of vaccines and very efficient and friendly administration thereof

I’ve used them for a while now (mostly for vaccinations) and the quality of service is always great; all of the staff are very friendly, helpful, and efficient.

I attended the Clinic for two dengue vaccinations. Unlike some other clinics, there was no upper age restriction. The staff were extremely polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I was very impressed (and I have never written that in a review before now!).

I lost my glasses, but fortunately had a copy of the prescription. I was seen immediately by Jess the dispensing optician and the replacement glasses were ready within 48 hours, a day earlier than promised.

I’ve worked for the NHS exclusively all my life but when I needed it to work for me it was communicate via AI or not at all, and when a human being called back without warning impossible to talk and hopeless. It left me feeling angry and demeaned and humiliated but not for long. I searched for a private alternative and found the clinic in an easily accessible location, with a highly informative website and clear simple online booking.
From the moment I arrived I was treated with care, kindness and respect. There was no waiting around, care was highly competent, reassuring and knowledgeable. I got everything I needed in 1 trouble free visit and left grateful for the service. I would definitely use again. The building is traditional, in an historic part of London, so if you are looking for gleaming chrome and plastic minimalist clinic aesthetic this isn’t you but the service and facilities are fully up to date.
