SCAM SCAM SCAM - never heard of this company - taken 15 £25 payments over the course of 3 months , illegally .

Saturday night takeaway,chips lovely n hot,kebab cold and very limited loads of salad to cover the very lack of meat, hygiene pretty poor with only 1 in 5 wearing apron n gloves and rest no apron but normal clothes toing n froing from kitchen area,I'm local sorry lads

CROOKS! They have been taking money from my account under various affiliated names and providing zero service. Stay away.

Since June 04th 2025 this company has tried to take a total of 17 transactions from my account, each for 29.99, completely unauthorised, I cancelled my card immediately and reported to the police as fraud.

Its a scam company they taking 29.99 some subscription wich you dont even subscribed and not even informed about this somebody selling personal data guys we should put in the in court this company its not legal

i have never even heard of this company before , that is until i had a notification saying that they tried to take £29.99 from my bank account.. somehow i had a whole account set up with my email which I genuinely do not recall making, i checked all my previous emails that involved ‘flava’ and nothing came up. nothing is making sense lol

This company fraudulently tried to take £29.99 out of my account for nothing.

Used to be good now they only sell items in cases and at more expensive than in the shops so your paying more for out of date food than if you were to get it from your local store with a good date make it make sense plus you buy in cases of 6 or more now ruined a good site

Never even heard of this company until it took £29.99 out of my account.....wtf!!!
Wasting time trying to get that money back now.

I thought this looked useful as a back up for groceries when this popped up 08/12/24. I was contacted by my bank on the 13/12/24, querying a £29.99 payment on my account. This was within the 14 day cooling off period and without even making a purchase!! I've now raised this with my bank fraud team and have emailed the company to end my subscription. AVOID

Everyone that i know who has ordered food from there has gotten severely ill also they are trying to take £30 of a free trial that I cancelled instantly, AVOID!!!!!!

Scam robbing joke I didn’t even sign up and take 29-99 out of bank and refused a refund so defo a scam and warn people not to use the scam company the staff are rude and pretend to be offended just so they end the call early

They charge you an amount when you didn’t even go through with ordering anything from them

This company is related to scams and fraudulent activity,stolen card details and subscriptions.

Flava take from my bank account 29,99 without approval twice .not possible stop. Never go to f....lava. shaim for flava.

Really bad experience. Only joined to get a specific laptop. Payed for 8wks then was told they don't have the item. Changed order to a bed. They sent wrong bed which was also faulty. Wrong fittings. The original bed was not in stock. They refused to refund as item had been opened. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! PAYED £500 FOR A FAULTY BED & CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE NOT INTERESTED. REALLY DISGUSTING & MOST DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! BE WARNED!!! Post response from Flava...you can see from their reply that they do not care about customer satisfaction. Happy to steal your money for rubbish product.

I had 3 payments taken from my bank account from you at Flava with one payment name ‘Flavva’ and two other payment names ‘Flava online’ and each of the three payments was not authorised and submitted by myself, it was taken without me confirming the payments. And i have tried contacting you but there has been no response!

The date given that i experienced this was the first date and there was two other dates which was the 2nd February and 13th February.

The first date which was the 5th January was a payment of £29.99 and the other two payments on the 2nd and 13th February was both £14.99 which is a total of £59.97 and there is nothing about getting a refund and i cannot find anywhere online where there is a live chat or email address etc.
