I had an opal ring made for my partner and it's just beautiful. Janine responded very quickly to my emails and the customer service was excellent. The delivery was also very fast. Absolutely fabulous, janine went above and beyond and communicated regularly, we knew what was happening and when and the product was fabulous, made extra special by changing a few things as we wanted matching wedding rings, janine reassured that she would make sure we would receive what we requested, although a time difference she kept regular communication, absolutely recommend 👍
