I ordered a Sony XM6 and paid the full amount for it. Even the Shiprocket tracking showed the Sony XM6, but I was sent a Sony XM5 without any prior notice or my consent.
This is highly unprofessional and misleading. Delivering a different product than the one ordered without informing the customer is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the company's business ethics. I expect a full refund or the correct product to be provided immediately, along with a clear explanation of your refund policy.
