I was a part of the Flash Hub programme for Agency owners since December 2022 till December 2023 and we got an LMS system with detailed how-to video tutorials made by Manuel himself and 3-times per week calls.

Education was divided by two parts: working on the self-managing teams and client acquisition.

I've started from the teams and it was a great investment of my first half of 2023: I have made the structure of delivery team, their functions, scope of works, quality standards and hired two account managers and a delivery manager. This allowed me to decrease my workload by 3x times (to 2-3 whrs/day) and be out from the operations by 85%.

I have also worked on our productised offers, which allowed me to increase our profitability 2x times and sell much easier to clients.

With the free time I focused on client acquisition. Manuel presented his micro-test approach in facebook advertising, which allowed to test different pain-points of our target audience and started getting qualified leads already in 2 months of tests. As the result, we have increased the revenue +66% comparing last year.

Before working with FlashHub:
- I had no idea how to work efficiently with my remote team of freelancers
- we lacked clarity on whether things were going to get done on time

I tried setting up Clickup several times, spent several thousands of dollars on consultants, and countless hours mapping our process, but still, I wasn’t happy with the outcome.

We have daily standup meetings, weekly review meetings, and planning meetings that add up to 4 or 5 hours per week in total. Before I spent at least 2 hours per day talking to my team.

The process took about 2 months, and the team feels less stressed.

Now that the systems are in place, Manuel and I are working on the marketing aspect to grow the business. I'm beyond excited about that.

What I liked the most working with Flashhub is that Manuel cares about your success. He’s not doing this just for the money. Of course he’s making a lot of money and that shows that he knows what he’s talking about anyway.
