Flash Express has the report twice; on Friday evening 30.6. and on Saturday evening 01.07. changed to: Delivery attempt failed. That's a big lie. Nobody was here to deliver. No call, no visit. I had sent the location to the driver. We have cameras on the street and at the house. Three people were in the house all day. Now 2 days. Why can't you deliver the ordered goods? what's going on there ?flash express employees are not good for Lazada purchases.

and again down the rabbit hole and on the roundabout… pickup due 5 days ago and of course the usual ‘due to recipient rescheduling’ they did not call and did not pickup. Likewise with a ‘delivery’ that did not happen and again due to recipient rescheduling!! Always the same couriers enter lies into the online messages and always blame the recipient. So waiting for a collection and a delivery which may or not happen in this lifetime!
Lazada should stop using this company.

I thought the service would be good, because it's a "Unicorn", but really you're better off using pigeons or crow (Like in Game of Throne). Courrier asked if he could deliver the package tomorrow because it's getting late (15:00). Fast forward and the packages is still somewhere in the warehouse. Tried to go pick it up cause it is urgent, and the staff couldn't find it. Just wow.

Absolutely horrible company. Their drivers are lazy and not dependable. I had a package due to be picked up last evening and the driver never called or even attempted to pick it up. I waited all evening for SOMETHING from this company and never got notified at all.

They were supposed to come today but never did. My wife talked to them and told them to come tonight after 5PM and they refused and said they would come tomorrow.

What an absolutely lazy company! Flash Express??? Yeah right! This company should change its name to Snail Refusal Lazy Delivery.

Im waiting 2times for delivery never comes so its a company never again dont take them. If i will write what i really think they block me so never again they just lying

Terrible service. They delay the delivery details then update the order online to say the customer changed it. Impossible to contact.

Drivers enter false data on the tracker and you cannot contact customer service via any method!
The driver said we did not speak during a phone call, that the driver did NOT make. Then the driver marked the package as refused by us BUT did not attempt the delivery.
None of the customer service numbers answer the call, the special 4 digit one, the overall landline number, two "Service Point Hotline" numbers and of course the driver's number all ring out.
Even the Live Chat waits until you are in the last 5 of the queue and cuts you off.

This company is obviously rotten by design, from top to bottom.

I am sorry to say, but this company really is the worst logistic company you can use. There is basically no existing customer service. If a phone number is advertised nobody will pick up, or an automated answer. Today I tried with the live chat.....2 hours in the waiting, and kicked out.....never again....cheap but very crab. There are other slightly more expensive but much more reliable and customer minded. Stay away from this company !

This is an extremely unreliable company. Every time a shipment is shown as "arrived at hub", it says "delivery attempted" when no delivery was ever attempted.
For the 2nd time, a package was returned to the sender because no one even bothered to call let alone to deliver it.
Whatever you do, do not deal with this company.

Delivered my package to two wrong people and couldnt find my address even though is send a perfect location. They would also call me several times and hang up for no reason. By far the most incompetent and low quality service of any delivery service I have tried in Thailand so far....
