Expect First-rate Problem Resolution Processes
I'm by no means a novice when it comes to large-scale network configuration and maintenance, having worked in the field for several years, but transferring personal sites, e-mail, etc, is not something that I have had to handle professionally (which essentially makes me a novice in that field).
When things went wrong (which they did, of course, because "knowledgeable novices" are more adept at creating messes than complete novices), the assistance I received was highly commendable.
The problem was identified and fixed, and I am confident that steps have been taken to prevent anyone making the same mistake that I did -- which is exactly how the best support teams operate.

I moved my company website there after my previous host imposed ridiculous 100mb mailbox limits.
Everything is good so far, no issues, both my website and mails are working well.

Thank you, Stanislav! A 100MB mailbox doesn't go far for a business, so we're really glad your company email now has the room it needs. Great to hear the website and mail are both running well. Thanks for choosing Flashcloud!
Migrated my website quickly and painlessly, strongly recommend them!
The technical support team at Flashcloud exceeded all my expectations with regards to their professionalism, technical expertise, and the speed/precision with which they migrated my Wordpress website to their platform. During my testing of the staged website they first created for me, I really appreciated the technical detail they supplied in their responses to my questions. Once I gave them a green light to proceed, they performed the migration in just a few hours, and my website now works beautifully and with fantastic response times with no errors. I strongly recommend that for anyone who is experiencing lackluster technical support from their current hosting vendor, to make the switch to Flashcloud!

Thank you for such a detailed review! Testing on a staged copy first means you can check everything before anything changes, so we're really glad that step and the technical answers along the way gave you confidence. Great to hear the site is running quickly with no errors. Thanks for making the switch to Flashcloud!
Flawless moving of 4 websites
The process of moving my websites to Flashcloud was easy and flawless. I received lots of advice and information prior to the move. The move was then completed with the websites live on the Flashcloud server within a couple of hours. Very happy!

Flashcloud has exceeded my expectations by far! I have been struggling for weeks to launch my Pilates class website and almost gave up on learning WordPress when I asked for help.
The support team rebuilt the website for free and provided an easy and quick way to update my pages and schedule, all with manual and steps and everything.
Absolute 5/5! Recommending them to anyone looking to get online quickly and with ease!!

Thanks so much for this! Nobody should have to learn WordPress from scratch just to get a class schedule online, so we're really pleased the team could rebuild it for you and leave you with something simple to manage. Best of luck with the Pilates classes - and thanks for the recommendation!
