Outstanding results at 5 months!

​I am really, really pleased with the results from my hair transplant at FKS Clinic. The growth is incredible already, and I’m only 5 months in! The entire staff were very professional, friendly, and made the whole process seamless.

Absolute 5* experience surgery on the day was done efficiently and well communicated to me everything that was happening and all the follow up i needed to do. Post op care and support from Logan and Aleyna has been brilliant. If youre thinking of having a procedure I cannot recommend FKS clinic enough

I had my hair transplant on the 23rd July in the Fulham Clinic by Dr Onay and his medical team and I would offer them 5 stars! The surgical team was highly professional, they used micro surgery and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the long procedure. Although it has been only a few weeks, the initial results are excellent. Dr Onay was a true artist and the initial hair line looks incredibly natural and the density is exactly what I hoped for.

The after care from Logan and Merve via whatApp is very useful and informative, I want to thank the entire team for a positive experience.

Asli was brilliant in organising and answering any questions I had prior to booking the transplant with no pressure to book. I arrived at the clinic and was greeted at reception. From there I was taken into an office where we discussed the operation and I had my input in what I wanted. From this they drew on my new hairline. Another doctor came in for a 2nd opinion and they worked together to ensure that it was symmetrical. I was then taken into the operation room and from there it was smooth sailing. I have been added into a WhatsApp group with Merve and she has been brilliant with answering all the questions and concerns I have had putting my mind at rest helping support recovery. Currently 10 days post op and everything seems good so far so fingers crossed for the remainder of the recovery.

Really impressed with my experience at FKS Clinic so far. From the start, Mia , Merve and the team have been brilliant. Communication has been excellent and they’ve always been available whenever I’ve had questions, needed advice or just wanted some reassurance during the recovery. Replies have been almost instant, which has made the whole process a lot easier.

I’m also really pleased with the work itself. The hairline looks very natural and has been designed really well. The whole procedure and recovery process have been straightforward, and everything has healed really cleanly.

I’m currently on day 15 and haven’t experienced any shock loss so far. The grafts look clean and tidy and the area has healed really well. What’s impressed me most is how natural it already looks. I was previously bald, but you genuinely wouldn’t know I’d had a transplant. It just looks like I’m growing my hair back naturally.

Obviously, I’m still early in the process and there’s a long way to go before seeing the final result, but so far I’m really happy with the clinic, the treatment and especially the aftercare.

Fantastic service and couldn't be happier with the results! As someone who was slightly nervous about the whole concept of hair transplants, the support and information provided by Mia, Merve and the rest of the team was first class. The operation itself was incredibly efficient and the pre and post op care has been flawless. I can't recommend the clinic strongly enough if you're thinking of reforesting your scalp.

I have had two procedures with Fks clinic. On both occasions the service and professionalism was perfect. The after care was great. Always someone on the other end of the phone to give you advice etc. Would strongly reccommend and will put any family/friends their way. Thankyou very much.

I recently had 4600 grafts completed at the facility in central London.. Overall my experience was very positive. The highlight being the pre and post advice and care from Logan who works for FKS. He has offered limitless pointers and tips on how to care and nurture my hair which is still ongoing. Merve has also been great in the postcare WhatsApp giving detailed do’s and donts for the following days and weeks after I left the clinic around two weeks ago.

It is still very early in my development with regards to results but so far I am pleased with the amount of grafts I was given, the location of implants and how everything looks generally at this stage.

The clinicians were attentive without being SUPER friendly, it felt very “get in, get the job” get out” which would be my only negative, but Aslong as the result ends the same and the outcome wasn’t rushed, I’m not too fussed about that and not enough to downgrade from a 5 start review.

So overall 5 very pleased, I would recommend anyway to have a consultation and chat with Logan as he would certainly give you an expert insight into proceedings.

I did quite a bit of research and reached out to a few clinics, all recommended by friends who had used them and were happy with their results.

I found FKS to be the most welcoming and positive - shout out to Logan - without pressuring me into committing. They were also the most competitive on price which was a bonus and of course a factor in deciding to choose them.

I particularly appreciated that Logan had had a transplant with the company and was able to answer all my questions and concerns from a ´layman’ patient perspective.

Essentially they offer Turkish prices but in a beautifully appointed clinic in South West London (as it happens quite close to where I live).

It’s been 3 weeks since my procedure and all seems to be going well. Their WhatsApp aftercare service is really quick and helpful - shout out to Logan (again!) and also Merve.

Based on my experience so far would definitely recommend FKS.

Had a hair transplant here a couple of weeks ago, and the experience on the day was excellent. The team are friendly and easy to talk to, very professional, with great communication and explanation of what's happening throughout. The only discomfort was when the local anaesthetic was first being injected, and even that wasn't as bad as I'd been bracing myself for. I know I have to patient now to wait for the results, but the experience of the procedure itself was much easier than I expected, and I can wholeheartedly recommend the team here.

I recently had a Hair Transplant and overall my experience has been great. Everyone at the team were very helpful and my aftercare with Logan and Aleyna has been amazing. Great experience with FKS clinic right from the start. Facilities and site are high quality and the procedure was well-planned and executed. I had the pleasure of working with Logan as my consultant from the get go. He was knowledgeable, and keen to answer any queries I had pre-op at anytime. I also extend a huge kudos to Aleyna who along with Logan did a great job with my aftercare, and checked on me everyday following the op. Both are dependable and will ensure you feel well post op. Based on my experience, I can confidently say you that you will be in good hands before, during and after your surgery. Not to mention the great value for money too!

My story/review:

41 yo male with receding at sides and a bit of thinning on top. Since mid twenties worries about hairline and always felt a nice hair style was part of identity.

After a lot of searching and review reading, I first reached out to FKS for consultation in Jan 2026. Conversation with Mia was open, honest and responses were prompt. After a telephone conversation and sharing pics, I was quoted for 3000 grafts.

Something else came up financially at the time which meant I didn’t follow up.

A few months later, I reached out to see if the quote still stood and it was agreed. I nervously put the deposit down and completed the relevant forms. Mia was always on hand to ask questions in the lead up to the surgery, even liaising with the doctors when I had a weird flare up of itching a week before - I think this was more a psychological issue on my part tbh!

Had my transplant on 10th July. Arrived early at the clinic early in the morning. All staff were friendly and welcoming, putting me at ease when I shared that I was bricking it! The clinic was clean and tidy and staff knew what they were talking about.

The consultation didn’t feel rushed and the main surgeon talked me through how to achieve a natural hairline when designing it for me. Although I wasn’t sure about the lines, I knew I had to put my trust in him, which I did. They also said I probably could do with another 250 or so extra grafts. I was waiting for the extra charge but was immediately told that this would be free, which was nice.

I was then taken into the surgery room. While the procedure was briefly explained, it would probably have improved the experience if I was talked through it all a little more and why each stage was being done, as there was a lot going on and quite a few nurses coming and going at different stages. That said, I knew I had to just trust the process and try to stay relaxed and calm.

One of the lead nurses did explain that the team would be speaking in their own language and not to worry when they did. I didn’t mind this as I didn’t want to be getting into conversation with anyone to be honest!

The anaesthetic needles are quite painful but last a minute or two at most and everything else is pain free. You can feel them working away on the head and hear the noises of the hair being removed/implanted, but it’s completely pain free. Just feels like you have a massive head!

At the mid point, we had a break and I went to the toilet. Mindful of another review that I read about a low ceiling, I crouched my way to the toilet (to be honest, I’m 5ft 10 and even stood up fully probably wouldn’t have knocked it but any taller and the risk is there). I had a cheese toasty and apple juice provided and in the second phase listened to podcasts. To be honest, I fell asleep several times and woke up either snoring or when they sprayed the water on my head.

Laying on my back became a little uncomfortable and I kept having to carefully adjust my body while they were working away - sometimes 3 people at a time were on the head.

After the surgery, I was cleaned up and back of the head wrapped before being given a debrief about post operative care and given all meds for this. The team were all very kind and happy with the process and wished me well on my journey home. I ended up leaving around 6 hours after arriving.

I was added to an aftercare group on WhatsApp with Mia and Aleyna who reassured me and checked in daily on progress which was great.

I think I spent so long worrying about the surgery, I didn’t think about what happens next. While no pain, it is really quite uncomfortable in the first week after the op, largely as you have to sleep upright and my neck and back of head are quite achy and sore. I didn’t realise to have such bad swelling either. I looked like an Orc after the first couple of days. This did subside but was quite alarming! I’m just at a stage where I’m removing the scabs as I wash. I understand the next stage is disconcerting too as the hair sheds before growing back. Again, I keep telling myself to trust the process.

All in all, I have and will continue to recommend FKS. The care pre, during and post care is excellent. The transplant seems to have taken well.

FKS clinic has been superb. Had my hair transplant done in June and the team was available every step of the way.

There were at least 2 people/doctors in the room during the surgery at all times, which definitely made me feel relax and comfortable.

From the initial contact with Logan, to the aftercare service by Aleyna, it has been a fantastic experience.

Everything was clean and tidy, plus they are CQC certified.

Naturally with a hair transplant I was nervous and skeptical given some of the horror stories you hear from abroad, but I had been recommended FKS Clinic by a friend of a friend, and I honestly couldn't be HAPPIER.

The entire experience from start to finish was 5 Star, and I'd like to particularly mention my consultant Asli and Merve for their professionalism throughout my hair transplant experience :)

The clinic was clean, neat and tidy, and well organised. The procedure was explained to me with my consultant Asli and Merve and we discussed the hairline and drew what I wanted.

All the nurses were incredibly professional, listening to my concerns and keeping me comfortable throughout the 6 hour procedure - we even broke for a small amount of lunch (provided by them) at the half way stage. I noticed they were incredibly strict with their cleanliness and hygiene (I imagine the risk of infection is high) at all times - including wearing face masks.

The after care (I am now at day 10), has been exceptional, a small WhatsApp group was created which I could upload my recovery photo's, I was given encouragement and reassurance that everything was going to plan, what to expect day to day and how to treat and manage both the donor area and transplant area.

I even popped a couple of my photo's into ChatGPT and it commented on how well both the donor area and transplanted area had even distribution of grafts, looked neat and tidy and weren't in clumps!

You couldn't ask for more... I would whole-heartedly recommend FKS Clinic to anyone looking for a hair transplant.

I initially spoke with Logan about a year ago. From the start, he was informative, honest, and very consultative in his approach. I decided not to go ahead with the transplant at that time, partly because I was busy and partly because I felt self-conscious about taking the step.

When I reached out to Logan again, he remembered me and was just as helpful as before. At no point did I feel pressured or pushed into making a decision, which really stood out. I spoke with a few other clinics during the process, but ultimately I felt most comfortable with FKS and decided to proceed.

The whole experience has been excellent. Nurses Kezban and Seda were incredibly kind, professional, and reassuring, which helped me feel completely relaxed throughout the procedure. I was back at work within two days, and just 14 days in, the results are already looking really promising.

Merve has also been fantastic during the aftercare process, always being helpful and responsive with any questions I’ve had.

My only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner! A huge thank you to Logan, Merve, Kezban, Seda, and the entire team at FKS for making the whole experience so positive. I would highly recommend them.
