Wish I could give them a zero but there's no option. Still waiting for my items from an order I placed on June 11th. Unbelievable that this company still advertises and is selling items that I ordered and got charged for but never received. Seems like its a scam to me. The few things I did receive from my order were garbage quality anyway. Screen printed crap, scratchy cheap quality t shirts with screen printed graphics. Stick to ordering from places like youngla, they have high quality products materials and amazing customer service. This company is a joke. They don't even answer emails. Unbelievable.

I have never bought from this brand nor have I signed up for their newsletters. I have unsubscribed three times now and they keep subscribing me. Normally I would give them the benefit of the doubt but they ignore my emails and continue to re-subscribe me. I’ve never had such a frustrating experience and if this is happening to me as a non-customer, I can only imagine what it would be like to deal with their customer service. Even if I was interested, I would never buy from them based purely on this experience alone.

Terrible I ordered 20 T-shirts and 10 hoodies and only 2 tshirts came very bad

Against my better judgment because my son asked me to I placed an order for him with this company. Awful Awful customer service. Placed an order on June 11,2024 and have only received some items. Reached out through email several times with no response. Tried to reach out through Instagram DM and someone answered but lied and told me the items would be shipping shortly when inventory arrived. Continued to follow up and still nothing. It's been 2 months and have not received my items and am getting no answers. A terrible company with terrible customer service and sub par quality to begin with. I would not recommend ordering from them you will be highly disappointed. If I could give no stars I would. Way to disappoint your customers. Not how to start a new business.

Ordered on June 18 and got shipping notification June 19. The tracking number provided came back not found. Tried sending it them and email and no one responded. June 22 sent them an Instagram messaging asking what was going on. They said that they were out of stock and would ship once they had more stock. Waited until July 4 and messaged again. They said they should be getting stock shortly. Messaged again in July 16 and they stated everything was shipping out that week. I stated I wanted a refund if it had not shipped by Friday . On Friday messaged them and they said they shipped them on Monday. I asked for a tracking number and they did not respond, again on July 22 asked for a tracking number and the message was seen but no response. Finally July 24 I advised them I would be disputing the charges if a tracking number was not provided. Now on Aug 9 no goods have arrived and they refuse to respond.

UPDATE -Sept 12,2024 they are trying to have my review removed as illegitimate! Do not order from this scam company! I have all the screen shots etc!!

I ordered 6/25 and never received confirmation or tracking info! I used the contact us on their website and never heard back. They have also charged my card in two separate transactions in the past week that were not authorized and I am disputing. This company is terrible. Buyer beware

Ordered on 7/14, other than the initial order confirmation, have not received any information on shipping, just more ads. Emailed sales and still have not heard back.
