Absolutely ZERO customer service. I have emailed this company many times with no response

I order my package about two weeks ago and still never received anything

No service, ordered 2 hats from a free vip offer that I recieved through text. Only one hat came, it was bad quality, and it wasn't even the right colour. I still had to pay $25 for shipping, just for one hat. Scam.

No service, items not recieved
My first order (10-07-24) was 3 items, only recieved 1 & paid for expedited shipping that took 30 days. I have reached out & to no responses. I ordered a second time (10-24-24) before the first arrived, it's been almost 2 month (Fri 12-13-24)& nothing. Once again I've reached out, got a reply & nothing more since. I honestly can't give a review of more than 0 but will only let me put one wich is 😔 😢 I am in Canada the opposite side of the headquarters & shipping should take 3 days maximum.
We are now mid February 2025, still nothing, I've tried all avenues & nothing.
The only thing that got attention but i was posting on IG it was a scam, instantly deleted & blocked me. Come on you coward Phuk. It's now March & nothing..

I never received my package and the tracking code didnt work. Extremely disapointed and I reached out multiple times to them and never heard back.

FKN Rich definitely has had favorable customer service after I had an incident. Would recommend for sure to other people to shop here !

Ordered. 4 Mystery box’s 2 unattainable ,1 ultimate and 1 premium They sent Me 2 shirts waiting for the rest ….other than that I have not had a Good Experience Waiting for over 60 pieces of Clothes ,,I recieved only 2 tees also says Delivered not partially but delivered ..Will be waiting if things change will do an edit of my review ..Hope You make this up to Me FKNRICH.orders this happened are 26154594 and 26152594 since than on tracking the orders says Orders are in the middle of shipping and that they are getting them ready must be a Computer Program of thiers don’t Worry Everyone they will get You your Orders just give them some time to get them ready .Thank You FKNRICH I shall be waiting for my Orders and Have a Great Year!!!!!

Been Buying from them since 2023 always good quality just a little late on shipping.

I placed two online orders with this company (Order #24180594 on Nov 29 and Order #24720594 on Dec 11) and received order confirmations. However, I have yet to receive any updates or responses regarding their status. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been complete silence, which is extremely frustrating.

This level of customer service is unacceptable for a reputable business. At this point, I am still waiting for a resolution, preferably a full refund and order cancellation.

I hope the company resolves this matter promptly, but based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend their services.

I ordered multiple items and payed for express shipping. It's been over a week and the items still haven't come. I used the order number the emailed me to see where the package was and after I put in the order number it says , order not found. I have emailed them multiple times and have received no response. Looks like that's $50 bucks down the drain. FKN Rich ? Yeah from stealing peoples hard earned money. Karma will get them !

Mystery box was guaranteed 20+ items but only had 4? shipping took forever too

I ordered some clothes and my package still hasnt been delivered and its been 2 weeks, it shouldn’t take that long and my emails havent been answered at all.

The products are great, but the shipping is the biggest issue. I’ve received some items from my order, but one of my items hasn’t been sent yet, and there’s no explanation for this.

Scam!! Ordered product with a “8day delivery” 30 days later.. no product.. no response to emails and I missed my friends birthday. Says it’s based is USA but product was shipping was from china. Very disappointing.

Do not recommend. Ordered a sweater In September, it came. But they continue to charge you monthly. Over 300 dollars in charges over the last few months. I have sent multiple emails. Their “contact us” page says they respond to each email within 24 hours, which is not correct! Save your money, do not buy from them.
