Excellent experience! Placing the order, scheduling the renewal, and delivery were all incredibly fast and seamless. The whole process was entirely stress-free. Both the gel capsules and the packaging are high-quality. I highly recommend Fjord Labs.

I have been waiting for my order from Fjord Labs for over a month, and it still hasn’t arrived. I have contacted customer support several times by email, but unfortunately, nobody has responded.

Waiting this long for a delivery without any communication is extremely disappointing. If there is an issue with the shipment, I would at least expect the company to provide an update and let me know when I can expect my order.

At this point, I cannot recommend this company. I hope Fjord Labs will get in touch and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

The product is helpful to me. I would’ve given 5 stars if it wasn’t for the fact that there is no customer support. Excessive shipping delays create a problem for my ability to remain consistent and competitive.

Outstanding customer service despite a delivery issue.

I rarely write reviews, but Fjord Labs truly deserve five stars.

Unfortunately, my parcel was mishandled by DPD and I never received it.
Despite my efforts to locate it, including contacting DPD several times and visiting multiple collection points, the parcel could not be found.
Throughout the entire process, the Fjord Labs customer support team was exceptional.
They replied quickly, treated me with respect, listened to my concerns, and once it became clear that the parcel could not be recovered, they issued a full refund without any unnecessary delays.
This experience showed me the difference between a company that genuinely cares about its customers and a delivery service that failed to do its job.
I also appreciate that they acknowledged the issue with their delivery partner instead of simply passing the responsibility elsewhere.
Although I did not have the opportunity to try their Omega-3 product because of the delivery problem, I will gladly order from Fjord Labs again in the future.

I have to say I’m very satisfied so far with my Omega 3 from fjordlabs.co.uk 😊 The package arrived extremely fast.

I’ve only been using the Omega 3 for 7 days, so it’s still too early to talk about specific effects, but my first impression is very positive and I really like the product.And no,the product has definitely no bad smell,which is a big plus for me.

The only downside is the packaging – I believe a brand like this deserves glass packaging rather than plastic, especially for a premium product like this.
Overall, a very good experience and I would definitely order again 👍
