Great company, great communication had a few problems with delivery and then damage in transit but they couldnt have been more helpful to rectify the issues. Great job Fjern

I returned a jacket at the start of May. I'm still waiting for the refund in the middle of June!
I heard from customer services once, asking me for the tracking number to confirm it had been delivered back to them. I've emailed a few times now and no response and no refund. Very poor customer service.

The products were very good and are in use. The only reason I gave 4 starts instead of 5 is that the tent took a little longer to be delivered than expected.

The Fjern Stormgrotta is a quality tent, so easy to pitch and solid in all weather. Such good value.
I recently got lots of compliments on it from fellow hikers during Highlander Lake District. I highly recommend this tent and Fjern as a brand.

I ordered the Stormgrotta 1.5 tent on the basis of extremely good reviews online. It looked a great product. The only reason I haven't given this review top marks was the length of time it took to despatch the tent from my order date - it was over a month ! ! I now realise that the tents were on a lengthy shipping time in the UK - but nobody from sales or customer services made me aware of this - I had to email several time for an order update.

Ordered a tent which came very quickly only to find it was a return from a previous customer so should have never been sent out in the first place, then got emails from two different handlers which contradicted each other. I now have to go through a returns process which could take the best part of two weeks for their poor service (I can't say this often enough) It should never of been sent out, I then sent a email their parent company which apart from a computer operated reply I heard nothing until they asked for feed back on their customer service GARBAGE doesn't come close to discribing their customer service. Be warned stay clear of this lot.

So I bought the tent + footprint, 5 weeks had passed yet I'd heard nothing so I thought it might have been a scam link then I got a reply email saying it was out of stock, my opinion thats very poor from customer service taking that long to tell me or would it have took even longer if I hadn't emailed you.
Then 3 weeks later the footprint arrived but no tent then 2 or 3 weeks later the tent arrived, I couldn't believe how long I was made to wait and all the BS emails that you was replying with.
By that time my work holidays had gone and now its in the cupboard doing nothing.

Paid in full. No mention of pre-ordering. This meant that I didn't receive my purchase for nearly 8 weeks. The company took my money, and I assume, waited for sufficient sales before putting in an order to the manufacturer. This was not explained at the time of purchase.
The product itself has been excellent and was worth the wait.
I have no problem with the seller's practice if they let you know there is likely to be a delay in fulfilling the order.

Since submitting my review I have had a prompt reply from Fjern.
I accept their explanation for the delay.
It was a little disappointing having to wait so long for delivery but I'd like to stress that the Stormgrotta tent has proved to be an excellent buy, especially with the updates since the first edition.
This is my second tent from Fjern, both of them being well made, lightweight and durable.
My thanks go to Fjern for getting back to me.

Excellent equipment, gear and clothing. Great value for money. Never had an issue with orders or delivery. Well designed and a great range of products.

Fjern is selling good quality outdoor equipment at decent prices. An their tent Stormgrotta 1,5 in the last version, which I recently purchased, is exactly the tent I've been looking for for a long time. I can't say anything wrong about it. It's like I designed it myself. The delivery was a little bit late, but the communication with Fjern store was very helpful to keep me informed about the timing.

I have 2 tents, 2 jackets, waterproofs, full set of cooking equipment, sleeping bags not to mention countless items of clothing and accessories from Fjern, why.......
Because they have all been exceptional quality and do exactly what they claim to do!!!!!!!

Ho acquistato 4 prodotti Fjern, di cui 3 giacche pile Vandring. Sono prodotti eccezionali , particolarmente confortevoli e di ottima fattura con un rapporto prezzo qualità imbattibile. Il taglio dei pile è leggermente aderente ,come piace a me, mentre le giacche sono regular un po' più abbondanti. In Italia questo marchio è sconosciuto e io l'ho scoperto per caso on line.

The Fjern label means quality in outdoor clothing. I also find an item I felt would meet my needs at a very competitive price. The jacket was delivered in good time

Great prices excellent service

A lovely warm coat for colder months. This is as warm as a coat I have that cost double. I'm usually a 12-14 and ordered a large which is a good fit although quite tight around the hips so hence the 4 stars

I bought this jacket (Womens Arktis II Down Hooded Jacket) after my husband got his - I needed a warm jacket for my Mardi Himal trek. It felt lightweight, but was super warm I think we went to -5 at 4200m, fitted perfectly with longer sleeves and a longer back to keep everything extra snug and I had a few layers on underneath. It packed down easy when I wasn't wearing it too. Excellent product and delivery was on time. Fully recommend x

Excellent stuff, really liked it

I bought a Fjern Orkan jacket a couple of years ago, and quite quickly it started coming apart and ceased to be waterproof. I tried getting a replacement but originally they said it was out of guarantee, which was disappointing. More recently I tried again, and to be fair they were excellent and offered me the Orkan II as a replacement. I've tried the new jacket in blizzard conditions in the Brecons and it did very well. I'm holding off 5 stars as it's too early to tell whether this one (with the new version of eVent fabric) will last.
