The Merch has good quality.
The shipments came alle in good condition to germany.

I ordered the wrong sized shirt on accident, but they refused to issue me a re-fund. I would highly suggest spending your money with a more customer-friendly company.

Catastrophical, bought Items for ~140$ on Dec. 14th 2021, shipment apparently got lost. Noone feels responsible, I have been in contact with FIXT directly for weeks, DHL who cocked it up, paypal and route (who insure hot air it seems, they do not feel responsible for anything). I am super disappointed, and feel cheated out of my money. They resent one item (a mousepad, worth 40$), but that also has not arrived in over a month, the tracking has shown no update. No idea what to do, the cds and records I ordered are mostly not even available anymore from their shop. Customer service of FIXT only responded once I opened a case with paypal, had to escalate the issue there a second time to receive another response from FIXT before the paypal case ran out. Since the FIXT customer service rep asked me to close the paypal case as they'd lose money otherwise, I closed it and now I am the one who has lost everything. Pretty sure I don't even want the merch and the music anymore, this experience has ruined Essenger and Scandroid music for me.

UPDATE: They actually refunded me now, after I contacted them. I do believe that their customer service genuinely tried and am pretty glad, they came around. I did not expect that! Still the orders have all been lost, even the replacement shipment.

Good prices on all the merch for their bands/producers and it is all fantastic quality! Usually merch is super expensive and low quality, but NOT with these guys! From sample packs to shirts everything is great! And with every one of my purchases they have given me a code for 10% off my next purchase, which is obviously awesome!

I highly recommend this store if you're into amazing music and quality merch.

J'avais deja commandé un cd, tout c'était déroulé parfaitement. J'ai cette fois ci retenté le coup avec 3 t-shirts (62€ TTC et frais de port inclus), ils sont bien arrivés une semaine plus tard, en parfait état avec un petit "Thank You" écrit et signé à la main. La qualité des matériaux est au rendez-vous, pas comme chez certains revendeurs. Les retours sont faisables ainsi que les échanges sous 45 jours. Le service est impeccable, sérieux mais reste humain et sympa (pas comme Amazon par exemple), je recommandé donc vivement ce store ! :)

Musikken er i høj kvalitet, de har masser af mindre kendte kunstner, venlig kundecenter og hurtig download af digital musik.
eneste minus er deres levering til udlandet. de tager ikke altid højde for at ens pakke skal sendes flere 1000km, dette kan ses på varenes ringe indpakning.
