Excellent service

I recently purchased Rifaximin 550 mg…

I recently purchased Rifaximin 550 mg from your website under the assumption that it was FDA-approved for the U.S. market. The product page for Dirifa states that it is sourced from FDA-certified manufacturers, and specifically suggests that Abbott is FDA-certified.

However, upon receiving the product, I discovered that it is Dirifa 550 mg (manufactured by Lupin Ltd, marketed by Abbott India Ltd) – a version intended for the Indian domestic market. The packaging clearly shows it is registered under Indian CDSCO regulations ("Schedule H prescription drug") and does not bear any FDA approval or U.S. market authorization.

This is misleading and puts consumers at risk, as your website explicitly claims FDA certification. Quoting from your FAQ page :

"We source our generic medications from Indian companies with US FDA cGMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) or EU GMP or WHO GMP certification only. This certification means that these companies are authorized by the US FDA or the EMA to sell their generic medications in the United States or the EU."

Compliance with CDSCO, WHO-GDP, cGMP does not equal FDA approval, nor does it guarantee that the product is authorized for sale in the United States.

Thank you for review. No where on our website does it say that our generic medications have U.S. market authorization. We only say that the "manufacturers" of our generic medications are U.S. FDA certified, meaning that their factories have the FDA's cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) certification.

Also, Abbott is a US company owned by Johnson & Johnson, one of the biggest pharmaceutical companies in the world. If you think that its Indian subsidiary, Abbott India, will market low quality generic medications, I respectfully disagree.

In conclusion, we never say on our website that Dirifa, or any other generic medication we supply, is US FDA approved, we say on Dirifa's product page that it's marketed by Abbott India, and manufactured by Lupin Ltd, a US FDA certified manufacturer. A simple Google search of "Lupin cGMP FDA" will show that Lupin has the FDA's cGMP certification, and that Lupin indeed markets many generics in the US market.

Fix Pharma always delivers quickly

Fix Pharma always delivers quickly and has the lowest prices of any online pharmaceutical.
Whenever I email them requests or questions, I always get an immediate answer.
For a lifelong medication that I will need to constantly take, I will continue using them for the foreseeable future, and would highly recommend.

The Xifaxan came really fast in less…

The Xifaxan came really fast in less than a week. However, the box is an entirely different box than the one advertised. The one in the imagine has a green line on it. The one I got has a blue line. It's from the same company though.

Thanks for your review. First, you can easily verify the authenticity of generic Xifaxan by Abbott that you've received by scanning the QR code on the back of the box using your smartphone's camera. It will take you to a webpage on the manufacture's website that will provide you with information about your particular product. This is a feature that many drug manufacturers in India now implement in order to help customers verify the authenticity of their medications.

Second, manufacturers in India change the design of their packaging from time to time for marketing purposes, and this particular change was very recent. Sometimes we are a bit late in changing the photo of the product's packaging on our website, apologies about that. However, this change was minor, it wasn't "an entirely different box than the one advertised". May God continue blessing this company with prosperity! Excellent and professional service! I give FixRx my highest recommendation! I was diagnosed with hepatitis C out of nowhere! It was so stressful to know that your body had this disease and insurance company simply covered just interferon- Ribavurin , which was so dangerous. Thanks God I was advised to contact FixRx! Adam was very nice and polite .He assessed my situation rapidly.My order was shipped extremely fast! Everything was very organized,payment was very easy to process.
