JUST PAY OFF YOUR DEBT

Spent $500 so they could send a total of 2 emails to the creditor. Mind you, this process took 2 months. I then got a dry email from Fix My Credit saying they failed due to reasons which aren’t true. I Didn’t even bother to persue that email, clearly they don’t care, very dissatisfied to say the least.

I was a reluctant caller as I wasn’t exactly sure if I needed to engage with FMC. However, I was blown away by Waan and his willingness to answer questions and explain in detail what can be very “unknown territory”.

He was extremely respectful, honest with me and eventually pointed in the right direction! I’m more than happy to recommend Waan and the FMC team. From my experience - He is one of the good guys!

Waan was amazing with all his help. He was very informative and also showed a great sense of professionalism. He really guided me through the whole process and even made sure I got the help I needed after he successfully cleared my default.

Highly recommend fix my credit both Waan and brock were extremely professional and a breeze to deal with took all the stress out of it, they both did exactly what they said they would, the communication was excellent along with the outcome, both genuine guys can’t thank them enough.
