Good overall. Only criticism is packing. Just wrapping a cardboard sleeve around a drill battery and then leaving it loose in a larger cardboard box isn't great, although it arrived unscathed.

Born from our 20,000sq/ft premises in Ashford, we come from a business group with over 30 years of experience distributing fixings and construction consumables to some of the largest national infrastructure projects of recent times. We even manufacture our own goods such as drill bits, cutting discs and screws!
Our customer base is diverse, ranging from DIY enthusiasts to professional builders, contractors, and tradespeople. We serve homeowners and individuals looking to tackle home improvement projects, as well as construction companies and businesses in need of bulk fixing supplies. Our user-friendly website and streamlined ordering process make it easy for anyone to find and purchase the products they need with just a few clicks.

Lowest Price and Great Customer Service.
Once again the product was the cheapest I could find and the customer service was excellent. The included accessories for my product weren't listed on the website so after contacting Sales, Josh replied with a list of the accessories.

Passload nail gun
I ordered a nail gun based on their availability, paid for a next day before noon delivery, when I called the next day to inquire about delivery time I was told that the tool was not In stock.

Hi Will,
First of all let me start off by saying I am very sorry to hear of your order experience with us. This is far from the standard we've set.
After looking into your order with my colleague Josh, I understand you purchased a nail gun from us with our website confirming there was stock available. You selected a before 12:00 delivery for the next day.
The delay was in fact caused by a warehouse mishap on failing to dispatch the item on the same day of receiving the order. This was down to human error. After speaking with Josh I do not know why you were advised there was no stock, we have 60 units in the warehouse, so it was not due to stock that caused the delay.
This was a genuinely mistake from us and we hold our hands up in this case. We are very sorry for the delay and hope that if you were to give us another chance in future, we would certainly love the opportunity to make things better on the second order.

Sent the wrong item
Sent the wrong item. Supposed to be a semitransparent green vapour barrier to see stud timbers and sent black Dpm.
UPDATE: I’ve still not had a refund or had the incorrect item collected 11 days later (now Jan 24th). I have never complained about bad service before but this is ridiculous. SECOND UPDATE. I still haven’t had my refund or had the item picked up and returned and it’s the 31st of January. The last contact with Josh suggested DX couriers had been several times to for it but it has been outside our house under the ring doorbell since day one so this is a blatant LIE! No email confirmation of a pick up either. It’s only a roll of DPM so doesn’t require heavy lifting equipment. No contact from them for over a week now so further action will be needed if this isn’t sorted asap. Absolutely shocking.
