Good customer service
A hiccup with the payment process meant I ordered the same product twice. Fiximer sent me a return label for one of the items and refunded me. Happy to recommend.

Hi Gavin,
We were surprised and disappointed to see your 1-star review. Our company prides itself on delivering top-quality products and services, and we’ve been committed to assisting you throughout your entire process.
The issue regarding the courier not bringing your parcel inside is a matter that rests with them. Most courier companies are not permitted to carry deliveries into someone’s property due to insurance and safeguarding standards that are now established across the industry. These guidelines are designed to protect both you and the courier.
If you have concerns about the courier service, we recommend directing your review to them, as they are best equipped to address your feedback. Kind Regrads Angie

Staircase and thread
I have ordered staircase threads and raisers, overall good quality product. One of the threads had lots of small holes in it (seems like it was damaged by the woodworm) , noticed this one after the installation.
The end result is great, if I could upload an image I would do.
I had an issue on delivery where a few items were missing... I could reach an agreement with the company to resolve it (check your delivery within 24hrs and raise any concerns!!! learned the hard way)
Recommend the company, great product and fantastic result!

Ordering materials and local suppliers were saying 5 to 7 working days and I needed in 5. I'd used Fiximer once before and tried again. Easy to use website, good price, quality of materials were good last time. I called and spoke to Corinne who was very friendly and helpful, she despatched today for a FedEx tomorrow delivery. Brilliant.
