Excellent quality, excellent service.

Let me start with delivery. I was told the items would be delivered on Tuesday, which worked well for us. However, we experienced multiple delays and were given unclear information about the status of the delivery. Despite numerous attempts to contact the delivery service, the items were delayed again. We understand that postage companies can experience delays during peak times, but this was not communicated to us. One issue was that the items couldn't fit in the lorry, then the next day, the van couldn't get to our house, which is hard to believe as it's a standard-size road and the driver on Friday managed fine, This was not communicated to us at the time but instead was used as excuses when questioned. The items finally arrived on Friday, but they were damaged. We are awaiting a response and will update this review accordingly.

Easy to order from website and prompt delivery. But would have liked an email to say when delivery was expected rather than just turn up.

10/10. Excellent products, delivery was good and within their advertised timeframes for each of my orders I have placed with them. Customer service was brilliant, quick and effective at answering my queries. Would recommend to friends / family and will be returning in the future for any future products I require.

Came fully protected in beautiful condition will do the job perfectly it’s just down to me now but the videos will help as they are very informative well done

The handrails are sturdy and attractive in natural oak. Being picky, I would have appreciated them being even smoother.

This is the second set of stairs I’ve had from fiximer they are great quality, fairly easy to install and look amazing and a lot cheaper than new oak stairs

Delivery service is not up to standard.
