Exceptional from start to finish
From start to finish, the service was exceptional. All of the staff at Autodoc were friendly and really cared about their job. The work was finished a week before I originally asked for and the vehicle looks brand new. Could not fault them at all, 5 stars!

We are glad you had a good experience through the repair process however if there is an issue you need resolving we are more than happy to take a look. We haven't had anyone come back to us with an issue recently and can't locate any details in our system using the name on this review so are unable to contact you or figure out which car/repair this relates to. Please can you give us a call on our normal number or call in to the office so we can take a look and get the matter resolved for you.

Fantastic experience so far
Fantastic experience so far. Car has just been dropped off after only a week, shinier than it was before the plonker hit it when it parked. Looks like a new vehicle. Everyone was lovely and kept me informed throughout the process.
