I phoned to get a quote on an M.O.T…
I phoned to get a quote on an M.O.T and service speaking to Kim the receptionist was very pleasant
She put me straight through to a mechanic Paul who seemed very knowledgable he gave me all the details so I went ahead with both services they have done a great job and everything was transparent if you want to you can watch them do the work in a veiwing area
I didnt as I didnt feel the need I felt comfortable with all the staff there with there openness and freindly approach to customers and was extremely happy with the work done on my car
I will be useing Fix Autos from now on as it is hard to find a place like this Paul was so informative about the work being done and would recomend Fix Autos to anyone

Disgrace
Motability arranged this dealer to have a motability car repaired.
On being given a courtesy car for 9 day that had damage on collection, was dirty to then be accused of the reported damage on taking vehicle back in not only unproffessional but malicious and unlawful. See you in court
