Where do I start… well customer service is non existent at drive Vauxhall Redcar. They didn’t keep me updated about my vehicle, I had to keep getting in touch with them. It took 4 months for my vehicle to be repaired ! There excuse was they struggled to get the parts! Kept adding on different issues with the car even though an assessment had been carried out on the vehicle. The whole process has been an absolute disgrace and an embarrassment. I hope nobody else has to go through this terrible “service” that I’ve received.

Good friendly service. Staff kept in touch and gave me regular updates on my vehicle. The repairs on my vehicle look great and did a great job on cleaning my car when handing over!

Excellent result of repair. Paintwork on car showed up as good as new..
After collecting car I noticed there was no response to lighting.
This was immediately repaired when reported.

Part of my repair was not complete, I spoke to a manager and I was very disappointed that he shifted the blame on to me. Highlighting that it had not shown up on the photograph I had sent, I explained that I was a ‘lay person’ and why did someone not discuss the repair with me. I was informed that I could have brought my car into the garage beforehand to discuss the repair when I said that this was not offered it was more or less indicated that I was not telling the truth. The conversation ended with the manager saying he would ring me on the Monday after the car had been delivered back to me on the Friday, I am still waiting after more than two weeks.

Great repair work done by the people at vauxhall drive Redcar. Very helpful staff and the ability to track the progress of the work was really good. First class service.

My husband and I needed repairs doing to our car after a collision with a deer on the way to Whitby. We went through our insurance in May and we have only just had the repairs done in August. According to our insurance company, this was down to a delay in the initial assessment quote being sent to them by Drive Vauxhall. We picked our car up yesterday and the work appears to have been done well, however the car was left with hardy any petrol and absolutely filthy, especially the roof… which I only noticed once I’d got to a garage and was pumping fuel. I was given a sheet to tell me it had, had a COVID clean, however items in our car were left in exactly the same place as when it was taken in, for example a face mask on the dash board. Overall, we really struggled with the level of customer service we received at Drive Vauxhall and weren’t really entirely happy with the overall process.

No signs in store/ staff welcoming people who are entering, therefore was unaware of where I needed to be and felt quite lost when I got there. Other than that my bodywork repairs were 10/10 & my car was given back to me fully valeted. Would still return again.

Car was in garage a week before repair was started not sure why

Vehicle was in for repair after been hit, took 2 weeks to complete. Car was to be valeted but done a terrible job. Windows all streaked trim still mucky and footprints in footwells. So disappointed with that but the repairs look ok

Helpful staff when I rang to enquire on progress. Beautiful repair job on my accident damaged car. The car looked brand new. Really good service

Althoughvwe haf to wait a while due to covid restrictions,service was excellent!!

Communication was hard work and we were constantly on the phoning chasing for an update. The overall fix of the car was ok.
