Faultless service and workmanship.
We have today received our Infiniti Q50 car back from Fix Auto. They repaired a four panel nearside collision caused by an altercation with a Bus. A metallic grey paint finish done to perfection without any mismatch what so ever. Through out the the whole process, we were kept up to-date via SMS messages. We are highly delighted and have no reservations in recommending them.

Fix Auto Crediton could not be more helpful!
Fix Auto Crediton were so helpful when dealing with my van repair. They communicated well with myself and also liaised with my insurance company to ensure that repairs were carried out to the highest level. They kept me up to date with developments and made sure my repairs were carried out quickly and efficiently. I cannot thank them enough for their help and assistance with tricky insurance claim after another garage used poor workmanship. I will be using them again and will recommend to others. Ash and Wendy were particularly helpful in helping me reach a resolution. Thank you Fix Auto!

A very positive experience
Fix auto did an excellent job of repairing the bodywork on my car. The repair was carried out fairly quickly - within the week. A driver collected my car and left me with a courtesy car. Everyone I spoke to at Fix Auto throughout the process, were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Overall I thoroughly recommend this company.

Great Customer Service and Repairs
Picked up vehicle next day after claim as promised with telephone call. Kept in phone contact, updating me with progress regularly, until delivering car back to me as soon as repairs were finished. Vehicle looks as good as new after accident damage rectified. All staff polite, courteous and genuinely friendly. I'll be telling my insurers that their contractor has lived up to and beyond expectation. I can name check Wendy and Dan in particular, however everyone at FixAuto UK works to the same high standard.

Brilliant repair
Fix Auto UK – Fix Auto Mid Devon were brilliant from start to finish. My Toyota Corolla was recovered as part of an insurance claim after it was damaged while parked (a Land Rover with a dodgy handbrake rolled into it) just before Christmas, so it was a pretty stressful time.
They kept me regularly updated throughout the process by text and phone, which I really appreciated, and everyone I spoke to was genuinely friendly and helpful. The repair work is excellent and it’s also guaranteed, which gives real peace of mind.
To top it off, the car was delivered back to me washed, vacuumed and looking great. Highly recommended!
