These guys were very good
Came and collected my car and brought me another car.
It took 2.5weeks to do my car but when it came back it looks like new, I am so impressed with the work they have done

Needed a bumper repair on my 2019 Honda Jazz after after it was bumped "hit and run" in a car park, causing scratches and dents, and knocking the reversing sensor, and I did not want to go through insurance due to excess etc. (Honda had quoted > £1200 to replace the bumper!)
The guys at Kings Norton were very friendly and reassuring, assuring me that the repair would be straightforward. Whilst any car body repair is not cheap, they gave me a reasonable price compared to other quotes I received.
The repair was all carried out promptly, at the agreed timings, even covering other areas of the bumper where there were chips which I hadn't noticed. They insisted I give the repair the "once over" before I handed over payment.
Hopefully I won't need their services again, but if the worst was to happen, this would be my first port of call!

Excellent service
Took my car in for an estimate, Phil looked at the damage explained exactly what work would be done, including before and after diagnostics, and a time scale of two days. Gave me a cost there and then.
This is exactly what happened, the repair was first class, printout of diagnostics before repair and after. and completed within the two days.
Highly recommend.

Excellent Service
I would thoroughly recommend Fix Auto in Kings Norton. Throughout my car repair the staff kept me well informed and did exactly what they said they would do.
At all times they were courteous, helpful and efficient.
