Fix auto Hoddesdon took my car away promptly after photographing it from every angle. They explained what would happen and how long I would need my hire car. Whilst it was in their garage, they gave me updates on progress and when completed they contacted me again with a drop-off time, convenient for me. It was very well fixed when I got it back. Thank you.

There was a backlog of work and it took time for the parts to arrive, but the garage kept us informed. Our car was repaired and valeted extremely well, so it looks like new. The friendly staff picked it up and dropped it off exactly when they said they would. Thank-you.

From picking the car up to dropping it off Fix Auto Hoddesdon have done an incredible job. The car came back fixed and expertly valeted inside and out.

Once contact had been made, Fix Auto were very accommodating and arranged the collection of my car and the delivery of the courtesy car.

Fix Auto could not get the parts to fix car for some time. This was out of their control . i was keep up dated regularly. Once car went in it came back a week later. Work completed, looks good. And probably had the best valet it's ever had .

Five stars for work carried out but a lower mark for getting the car returned. Should have been Tuesday ended up Friday even though when I rang to find out it was always hopefully that day and just had to be checked and cleaned.
