Seriously poor customer service
Seriously poor customer service, no communication and blaming customer for their incompetence! Refused to return vehicle at customer’s request because they didn’t believe the customer!

Hi Vikki, We have now reviewed the notes on our system and the email comms between yourself and our team, we are incredibly sorry the service was not up to your expectations. We can see that your complaint, and the delays, were predominantly driven due to the excess payment that we had been advised was due, unfortunately, as much as we would like to take our customers word all the time the contract we have with your insurer does not allow this. It specifically states that we are to work on their instruction as the fee payer and not the drivers. Whilst this does not make much sense to us as, we feel, the owner of the vehicle, yourself, should have full autonomy with regards to their own vehicle but the insurers and claims advisors insist that they are the fee payers so they have the autonomy.
Unfortunately this lead to them not advising us until the 15th that they had waived your excess. Prior to that we were instructed to collect an excess. Unfortunately as much as you advise us their was no excess due we can only work with what the fee payer are telling us, it is genuinely not about whether or not we trust you, it is about us following the somewhat strict and unwavering contract with the fee payer.
I also can see in the notes that once that was cleared up we then found it hard to find a convenient time for you to deliver your car back, we do accept that sometimes our customers cannot get around their working hours and we often struggle to get our team to work outside of our working hours, this lead to an impasse that i believe that issue has now been resolved and the car is now or was arranged to be returned to the hire car companies premises so it can be present when you return their vehicle.
We hope that clears up some of the confusion that lead to the issues towards the end of your journey with us and apologies again for any confusion our inconvenience you experienced.

Fix auto had my Audi in their repair…
Fix auto had my Audi in their repair shop for about 2 months. Even though I was not happy about this I can honestly say their customer service was great. They really take customer service /excellence seriously because they always kept me in the loop with what was going on in terms of delays, parts being ordered etc. They literally called of not every week I would say maybe every 10 days which I think was good. They were always polite and apologetic for the delay even though it was not their fault. Once my vehicle was repaired it was easy and straight forward to go snd collect. They booked me in at a suitable time for myself and the girls were very friendly on my arrival.
They even allowed me to leave the courtesy car which was rented from enterprise with them to save me the trouble of having to take it back myself.
