I am very happy with my experience with Fix Auto Dagenham. My car was repaired and the issue was completely resolved in very quick and professional manner. It takes actually much less time than initially scheduled. They also helped me with arranging replacement car from local rental.
The staff was professional, efficient and nice to deal with. I left feeling confident in the repair and greatful for the excellent service. Highly recomended.

First class service, without delay and at a good price. Kept informed at every stage of work. Entirely satisfied with result. Would happily use again. Thank you.

The work to the car was amazing but the customer service was absolutely shocking…I had missed calls from them but every time I tried to ring back no one answered..I even left several message for a go back but never got one. When you call there are 2 different departments you can choose I tried both. I managed to get through once to one of the departments he said he would transfer to a colleague and the phone went dead. As good as the work is on the car I wouldn’t use again because of the customer service. Would never have thought a company this big would have just bad customer service..SHOCKING !!!

Fix Auto repaired my car for me after I was involved in a collision. As part of my insurance with Admiral, I was told by Admiral that I would receive a call from Fix Auto regarding a courtesy car. As I never heard from them, I called them to ask about it and was told that as I had a manual licence, they only had to provide a manual car when I needed an automatic. I phoned Admiral and they informed me that that was incorrect and it was for Fix Auto to outsource the vehicle which eventually got sorted. Sadly, it took so long that I didn’t even have the car for 2 weeks before it had to go back. Other than that, they were very polite on the phone and helpful when they delivered and collected the vehicle. Also the work on my vehicle looked very good so overall I was pleased with them and wouldn’t hesitate recommending them.

Absolutely excellent service, from the time I reported the accident to Hastings Direct, to then having my courtesy car and then my car being picked up by Fix Autos. Very impressed with how soon everything was dealt with, I was kept informed at every step of the process, the inspection, to having the quote being off to Hastings, it being accepted and then the commencement of the repairs. The timeframe was 4 weeks but was definitely worth it. I was also able to keep track via a secure portal. Car was absolutely looking like new, bodywork perfect, car was cleaned inside and out. Great customer service Daniel and Adi and the reception team were amazing! were great and had my MOT done as well. Couldn’t fault them at all. I would definitely recommend Fix Autos to my friends and family.

From start to collection of the car all went to plan. I was kept informed of progress and when I picked up the car all was nicely repaired and the car cleaned.

Cannot fault the service of all the staff I dealt with from drop off to collection. Hopefully though will not have to use again 😂.

Great service. Fixed my car 10 days sooner than projected. Always called me to give me updates before I even thought to call them myself. Overall a great service. Only negatives was the courtesy car wasn’t like-for-like. It’s class A vehicles only. Apart from that, absolutely no complaints, only positives.

I’d recommend Fix Auto Dagenham to anyone seeking a decent local service. Reliable and transparent – the entire lifecycle of the repairs exceeded my expectations. 10/10

From when I dropped my car off till I got it delivered I was kept in the loop of the progress of my repair.

After someone hit my car, it was sent to Fix Auto Dagenham for repairs. They kept me updated throughout the process, and when I got it back, my car looked absolutely brand new. It was shiny inside and out—amazing work! Thank you, Fix Auto Dagenham!

This is my first experience of this company but I could not be more satisfied. My car scheduled for completion by the Friday but due to my driving nearly 300 miles over the next couple of days they got the work completed by the previous Tuesday.
My car came back as new after being side swiped by a foreign lorry on the M25. Many thanks to everyone including the young ladies on reception who kept me informed of the progress.

Excellent, fast service from FixAuto Dagenham branch. The repair to my van after being hit by an idiot delivering pizza is superb - no sign of a stuffed crust anywhere! Van was collected and returned by Ian who was polite, helpful and courteous. Many thanks 100%
