Excellent customer experience
My car was taken here by the insurance company after receiving damage caused by a third party. Excellent service from start to finish by Connor and Gemma. I was updated throughout the process and the car repair was brilliant. When I collected the car it was fully valeted and polished like glass. I would definitely recommend Drive car body Repairs in Patchway, to anyone thinking of having body work repairs on their car!

Too many mistakes
Vehicle needed minor repairs. Came back with a scratched headlight, dash cam not connected and all without apology. Will be informing insurance company of a bad experience.

I have had a look into this for you and can see when you collected your vehicle on 03/07/25 there was a small surface scratch on your headlamp which we simply polished off for you. This well have been part of your claim as the damage to your vehicle was around that area so we do apologies for this.
We do ask customers to disconnect any dash cams before dropping the vehicle off for repairs to protect the Privacy of any of our employees so again we do apologies for this, if this was not explained to you.

My car went in for a repair after my bonnet flew open at speed damaging the bonnet, roof and both wings. When I picked up the car it looked like new and was super shiny after a full clean and polish I am so pleased with the outcome.
