I hit another car phoned insurance & they did the rest got a call from fix auto Ayr to bring car to look at damage then 6 weeks later they pick up my car fitted it within the week I picked it back up gave them the courtesy car back did a great job on my car.

An extremely happy customer
My car was put in for repair as arranged. Courtesy car provided and an estimate date given for completion of repair.
I was delighted to receive a phone call to say my car was ready for collection, 6 days earlier than estimated.
A perfect job and my car all cleaned for me to collect. I was invited to check out the repair and advised of all work done carrying a lifetime guarantee.

They delivered my car back as new. The only negative was the extended time it took considering the large parts bill and current labour costs. Where did all the time go?

Brilliant service from start to finish
Brilliant service from start to finish. Our car was repaired after an accident. The workmanship was first rate, the communication throughout was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. They provided a courtesy car to my home address when collecting our car for repair and returned it to my workplace when the work was complete, collecting the courtesy car from there.
