I recently had very positive experience with Five star Service through Euronics. The staff were professional, polite, & kept me informed throughout the process.
Everything was handed smoothly from the booking to delivery & setup, & they made sure I was satisfied before leaving. it's refreshing to deal with company that vales customer care & attention to detail.
Highly recommend their service-reliable, respectful, & well-organized.

Excellent service and customer care, had an issue with replacement fridge freezer as was wrong size for integrated unit , had to remove and refit shelving to accommodate,five star was very patient and accommodating and together we resolved the issue,very happy with purchase-new fridge freezer is brilliant and would highly recommend.

Went into the shop yesterday at nearly 5pm and my washing machine has already been delivered and fitted today.....not even 24 hours! Super efficient and lovely staff. The machine was the same price as AO.com so you can still stay local. I wanted a local company to get the personal service and I know if there's any issues they will sort it based on the service etc so far. I really can give an easy 5 star to this company, thank you to all.

Purchase of a new dishwasher.
No heavy sales pitch, just guided us through the options. We ordered on the Wednesday and they delivered and installed the following Tuesday. Importantly, they took the old one away.

Phoned Euronics Cleveleys and next day had a new washing machine, we paid the extra £25 for them to take away the old appliance, packaging and put the new one in, the guy who came was great, happy friendly and nothing to much trouble, never used this company before but will be doing again, great customer service from start to finish

3rd item i have bought from them, fridge/freezer, dryer and this month and washing machine. Every time I ring, the service is friendly, helpful and super efficient. Thoroughly recommend them. Always next day delivery.

Fivestar Services is exactly what it says on the tin “Fivestar” Services. I telephoned the shop on the morning to source a Sony TV set and they had what I wanted in the shop. They agreed to deliver the same afternoon and they arrived shortly after the scheduled time frame 1-4pm. They lived up to their name of Five-star Services, very efficient and professional. Excellent service ‘well done’.

Ordered a new washing machine. Purchase was easy and a very competitive price. Sean and Richard came with the new machine, removed and took away the old broken one,fitted the new one in and showed us how it worked. Absolutely brilliant service.

Went above and beyond knowing I was in desperate need of the tumble dryer. They delivered on the day for me which was a nice surprise and everyone were super nice.
