FitPro - Fitness Professional CPD Education Anmeldelser 

I have used fitpro for 8 years as my insurer as a fitness instructor. This year when I have attempted to pay my renewal online the link returns an error code each time. I am on my third calling attempt to make payment on the phone with a person (as I’ve done in the past with no issue) and I’m unable to get past reception every time. I’ve waited for 3 weeks for somebody to call me back. Every receptionist tells me the same thing- they’ll pass the message on and somebody will be in touch. I tried to explain that I am now uninsured and this is rather urgent but the individual who handled my last call seemed completely uninterested and merely stated that apparently there’s a massive backlog and I will have to wait my turn. If you can’t provide the facility to pay effectively you’re not fit for purpose. Even an attempt to escalate the matter to management returned a response of disinterest. Pretty appalling. My advice to other instructors- use another provider. If this is how they handle attempts to pay imagine the nightmare you’d have with a claim!! Avoid.

They Lied about the financing. Their company policy is to refuse any refunds even if you leave the course because of life events or tragedy if you stay there over 2 weeks.
They wont accept any LVL2 qualifications from other providers so if you already have the LVL2 they will charge you to complete a level 2 even though you don't need it.
They offer no support. They wont even listen when you tell them you need support.
your Tutor can quit any time with no notice and you may not speak top a new trainer for weeks between.

These people care more about your money than they do you as a student. Do not trust them.

I had the best service today at fitpro from a lovely kind lady called Lynne Briggs.

Lynne helped me find the CPD course I wanted, guided me on membership then also sort an issue I had later in the day.
Honestly if staff are like Lynne then I’m impressed.
It’s hard to find company’s that care and have kindness on calls but today was one of them.
Lynne wasn’t even in the department I needed to speak to yet still she helped!!
Love the CPD course I booked.
Website looks fab and my membership price gave me a great worthwhile discount too.

I recently purchased the FitPro Stroke and Exercise Professional course. After completing I found that there was an issue with my name spelling so I contacted Team FitPro for help to update my certificate.
Aislinn was so friendly and helpful, she communicated back the same day and arranged for it to be amended.
I also had issues logging/registering onto 'MyGroupFit' to access a free month's music trial so because Aislinn was so helpful sorting out my last issue, I didn't hesitate in emailing her again for help. The issue was again sorted out swiftly with amazing customer support and communication. I was very impressed and felt that I could trust this company. Well done to the FitPro team especially Aislinn!

Great course, amazing mentors who regularly reach out to assist and check in progress.
I am currently carrying out the Leve 3 course, looking to become a PT and online fitness coach. I would like to target all genders with a special focus around mobility and joint longevity. After surviving a life changing accident, the drive to get back on my feet (literally) made me realise life is too short to be stuck in a 9 a 5 that drains me. Fitness makes me happy, build on that.
Would highly recommend for those looking to get into the fit biz and build a supportive, collaborative community 😊

Find the webinar sessions really good and informative as they cover all aspects of fitness training relevant to both participants and trainer's alike with excellent choice of lecturers. An added bonus is if you miss the actual webinar event you can go online at any time to access the event.

FitPro is a highly motivated fitness educational organisation run by professional, helpful and knowledgeable staff providing a vast array of course which are expertly delivered in a manner which will both appeal to and enhance any fitness professionals knowledge and expertise.

Recently became qualified within the fitness industry and was recommended fitpro for both insurance and education. I have been using their insurance the education for the last few months and it has been super helpful in finding my feet within the industry.

The education modules are very transferable and thought provoking - whilst also being very affordable. Would recommend to anyone and so glad i have chosen to be a member with them.

Great experience with Fitpro for insurance and education- communication was quick and responsive and my queries were answered promptly.

Makes work much easier both for coach and for the client. Very responsive and helpful team.

I’m having the same problem as the previous review.
Just trying to renew but can make payment to the website and every phone line message is ‘no one available to take your call’
Have left messages on social media and two different phone lines now for about a week and just no response, nothing.
Going elsewhere as im not sure I want to trust them with my insurance!

I've been trying to contact FitPro re insurance for three days. Have only been able to leave a voicemail requesting a call back, but none received. So will have to go elsewhere. Very disappointed

Cannot get through on the phone to insurance, took my direct debit but have not recieved any insurance documents and my insurance policy is no where to be found on the dashboard but money has been taken.

Lady on reception said no one available and they have no idea when anyone will be and i've been ringing for days.

ridiculous and not good enough at all. If I could give 0 stars i would.

Have been a member with Fitpro for years, they are also my insurance provider. I think they are great. Love the webinars and edit, so informative and plenty of variety. Highly recommend.

Was not able to complete membership renewal online, need better phone communication as it took a few weeks to get sorted.

I really enjoyed the opportunity attend this training, especially as it was in person. JP is very personable and knowledgeable, he allowed for lots of questions and answered with much care. I learnt a lot.
Teresa is a great host, she made everyone feel welcome and she has this amazing positive energy with is contagious!
