I have enjoyed the program. It is very informative and backed by scientific health facts and information. The support is excellent and I am enjoying the workouts at my own pace in the comfort of my own home. I feel like I have my own trainer. Dr A. has tons of experience and knowledge that helps me on a daily basis with all the emails and videos..

I love it. I am a lifetime member. I am turning 55 this weekend and FMP is the only thing that has worked for me. So far I have lost 30lbs. The private FB group of ladies are incredibly supportive. No nasty comments just a group of women lifting each other up to reach their health goals. Refreshing to say the least!!!! I highly recommend this wonderful, easy to follow lifestyle.

I loved the daily emails and video support. Starting the Apex has really changed my workout routine and amped up my weight loss. I had seemingly plateaued (losing 20 pounds) and MFP has pushed me to a lifestyle change. Meal scheduling has been a game changer. Thanks team!

It was all about buying more. When there was an issue with a card purchase, I received rude emails after requesting to be informed if there was an issue. Got another email from some other person many days later saying that they had been out and just got a message there was an issue. This company isn't a place I want to do business with.

I really like the program especially the workouts. I wish it wasn’t 1000$ for lifetime membership. Unfortunately I did not have a chance to buy in at the 500 dollar price. If that is still an option I would sign up for lifetime.

I love all your products. I use the vegan protein powder and wonder if you might ever creat a vanilla version? 🙏🙏

I have been doing it on my own, figuring out what works for me and what does not. the 87 dollar member ship is WORTHLESS. CAN I CANCEL it and just order the product??

The products are very helpful and super fuel is excellent. Plan ahead as it does take awhile to receive any orders.

Excellent product. I buy the chocolate flavor and love that I can have this in the evening to complete my protein macro and satisfy my dessert craving at the same time!

There has been a tremendous amount of letters of support from the program. There has been a lot of information provided but not about diet. The sales pitches are endless.
I would like Macros given to try to fit within. There are guidelines, ½ of your plate vegetables, ¼ protein, ¼ grains and the guidance to stop eating at 80% full. I'm an overweight person. My judgement is suspect. I personally would like specific numbers.
I have followed The Fit Mother Project on YouTube for years. I love the clear layout of exercises. Within the program, the same five exercises w about 100 reps each for 4 weeks, 3x a week it gets boring, I am building strength but a mix up of exercises could be given. (I am doing the home exercise routine)
I would prefer more specifics on the diet and a rotation of the exercises and fewer letters.
The next phase is coming up, meaning I'll have to buy the next phase. I'm on the fence. I don't know if more specifics are going to be given or not.
The Facebook support is great.

I've tried all type of weight loss plans only to lose a few lbs and gain them right back. I guess my mind was just ready to receive this plan. I love it. It's as simple as I make it. For me consistency is the key and this plan is perfect for consistency. I find that the meal prepping and the "perfect plate" keep me focused on the goal of weight loss. I also enjoy the strength training workouts. They are great for building and toning my body. I've adopted the attitude of a lifestyle change instead of a diet. While I do not see a heck of a lot of weight loss, others do see it and they tell me they do. I'm very satisfied with FMP.

The program is great! The instructional videos are really nice. And the constant support is awesome. The customer service is also great.

Amazing program & great people that keep it running! Things I've learned from FMP have changed my life. I've learned things I'll use for the rest of my life!
