A great place to learn and have fun
The onboarding process was easy and the consultant was very patient and answered all my questions. The teachers were amazing and very knowledgeable, particularly Kellee. The experience of learning face to face was invaluable and far better an experience than the last time I studied something online. I left feeling far more confident than I feel I would have if I had chosen their online option, but it is a great option for whoever needs it, as well as the options to study part time or full time. I'm about to start my first job and I only graduated 3 weeks ago. Very happy with my experience.

Disappointing experience in all areas
Very disappointed with our experience at Fit College. My daughter enrolled in a face-to-face course and quickly realised their classroom experience was very different from what she expected coming from Year 12 studies. Classes felt disorganised and the teaching support did not meet our expectations. The teacher appeared inexperienced and the overall learning environment lacked structure.
After contacting head office to discuss our concerns, we were advised the options were to either change the course to online learning or lose over $6,000 already paid, as there were no refunds available. Because of this, she switched to the online option.
Unfortunately, the online experience wasn't much better. Support while studying remotely was minimal despite multiple requests for assistance. At one stage, even a teacher appeared unable to properly explain or clarify one of the online assessments, which was frustrating and concerning.
Communication with head office was also difficult. Attempts to call often failed and getting through for support became a challenge.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and not what we expected from a so called “professional” training provider. Based on our experience, I would encourage people to thoroughly explore other study options before committing.

Fit College graduate review
I completed the FIT Elite™ Personal Trainer Course at Fit College's Bibra Lake campus (both Cert 3&4 and bonus content).
The course was well structured and professionally delivered by Zoe, Reuben and Callam who shared their obvious experience in the fitness industry and were invaluable for the practical components.
Fit College also try and find work for you in the industry, with Nikki and Darcey running group class excursions during Cert 3, as well as help match you with current job vacancies.
The fitness complex at Roar Fitness is top notch providing all the resources for the course and access to their impressive facilities.
I would recommend Fit College to anyone interested in joining the fitness industry.

Regret doing this course
Regret doing this course, and doing it face to face. An expensive mistake. It was not enjoyable and we learnt so little. Poor value for money. Could not recommend this to family or friends. Feel ill equiped to use the certificate. Classes were chaotic at times, stressful, confusing and it quickly became apparent that processing students is the aim…a tick the box exercise to pump students through. A very disappointing learning experience. Sincerely wish I hadn’t done it.

Making more clear about the content expected for online students
I enrolled for Cert III and IV for an online course. I spent a long time on the phone with Nicky (I think was her name) trying to decide if online would still be doable since I work and have 2 little kids (back in 2023, they were under 4). Decided to go with online one because it sounded quite manageable. Found later it was quite challenging since the course (both) requires a big load of videos, find people who wants to participate, etc. Maybe I was naive but I was very suprised with the amount of videos and specifics for each task, I do understand that it'sprobably the best way for online students, but it'sdefinitely something that I would had appreciated if it was clear, so I could make the decision informed. On the other hand, the on-campus support was fabulous. Really learnt a lot from Timothy, as he was always open to bring discussion and making us think critically, which I appreciated so much. Really struggled after he left. Overall, course is good. Maybe in the future, the marketing guys could also mention a bit the amount of load for future online students, so they can make the decision having that information in mind so they can plan ahead better than I did.
