Worst credit card Company I have ever been with hands down! I always make my payments before my due date, but because they take 7 to 10 days to finalize the Payment. I always get charged a late fee so I haven’t been able to actually use my credit card for purchases in months because I keep acquiring late fees even though I make the Payment and the money gets taken out of my account before my due date. And when I called the customer service to find some kind of solution because I wanted to keep my credit card open. They just told me I have to make my payments in the beginning of the month rather than the end. It’s like what’s the point of having a due date? If that is not true due date because they take your money when you make a payment, but they don’t finalize the Payment until after your due date and then penalize you for it.

The agent was sympathetic to what I went through and helped me out. Thank you for being awesome!

Although it is very expensive, in terms of monthly payments and interests, which I wish you could decrease, I do appreciate the card and the company. I do hope you will approve another card for me, as yiu turned down the Verve card..
