DO NOT GET A CARD. THEY DO NOT DISPUTE CLAIMS. THEY HANG UP IN YOUR FACE AND I DO NOT LIKE THIS BANK AT ALL. THEY REFUSED TO LOOK AT EMAULS AND EVIDENCE I HAVE SENT. VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. THEY STALL CALLS AND NEVER WANT TO TRANSFER TO THE DEPARTMENTS WHEN I CALL. I AM TRYING TO TAKE CARE OF A SERIOUS MATTER AND THE REPRESENTATIVES NEVER GIVE ME THE OPPTO SPEAK TO THE CORRECT PARTIES. AFTER FIVE MINUTE THE REPRESENTATIVE STILL DID NOT TRANSFER MY CALL TO THE DEPARTMENT AND I REFUSE TO BE DISRESPECTED. I WILL BE CLOSING THIS ACCOUNT. My claims were denied and i have money missing that has not been displayed. I have filed police reports and all sorts and they are trying to put this on me.
I am deeply dissatisfied with the service I have received regarding a serious matter involving missing funds. Despite filing police reports and submitting supporting evidence via email, my claims were denied. Furthermore, my experiences with customer service have been unacceptable; representatives have refused to transfer my calls to the correct department, stalled conversations, and repeatedly hung up on me.

This is the biggest SCAM company I ever dealt with. BEWARE THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY and never send you your card. I had to call them 8 times. EIGHT TIMES to find out where my card was. Over almost 2 months. They say card will come in 7-10 days. It won’t. Then when you call they will transfer you back and forth to random IDIOTS who have no answers for you. Don’t waste your time. SCAM COMPANY.

Immediately asked to pay a 95 dollar "processing" fee even before getting the card. This seems like a scam!

It’s ridiculous that you charge me $5.95 to pay my bill immediately. This is why I have not paid it off. I would pay more and I am going to get a personal loan this week to pay back debt that I incurred when I surprisingly had to file for disability. I was never told when I had to leave my job that it would take three years to get the govt to make a decision if I was disabled, especially irritating that each Doctor they sent me to was undignified that they wasted his and her time and took them away from other patients in need of treatment. Something that nearly a dozen doctors were in agreement on the diagnosis, that I was no longer able to work. Throughout the three years, I didn’t receive a nickel in pay to help me sustain myself and to pay my bills and live on my own. I was even declined help with food. Then when all said and done and they so graciously granted me the disabled title. I had lost all my credit that I had worked so hard to recover after my cheating wife who did nothing while I worked 70plus hours a week to basically kill myself and ruin my hips knees and heart working that schedule. You so generously grant an approval of a credit card that actually charges me $5.95 to make a payment with my debit card online, to go with your inflated interest rate. Don’t worry though. I have a plan in place to borrow enough money and payoff past due debt that banks so graciously thanked me for keep Them updated about my disability status. When I get the loan. I am going to payoff each card I have now , especially the Premier cards that have graciously acknowledged my attempt to pay off cards when I can and have raised my limit a couple times, NO CHARGE TO PAY MY BILL IMMEDIATELY EITHER TO AN OVERSEAS SWITCHBOARD. I will pay the minimum due each month on your wonderful card each month. I HAVE JUST ONE THING TO SAY TO YOU AND THE GALL YOU SHOW TO ASK ME TO COMMENT ABOUT YOUR CARD. I PLAN ON KEEPING THE TWO CARDS I MENTIONED EVEN IF MY CREDIT SCORE SOARS TO AN 850 FICO SCORE. YOURS I
WILL GIVE YOU THE MINIMUM AND MAYBE YOU THINK, *GO AHEAD AND PAY US THE INTEREST* BUT I WILL LEAVE IT AS A REMINDER OF THE HARD TIMES AND THE SNAKES THAT WILL BITE YOU ANY CHANCE THEY GET. THANK YOU FOR YOUR WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMMITMENT TO MAKING LIFE TO THOSE HURTING, JUST A LITTLE MORE DIFFICULT. CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR BANK WITH A HEART OF STONE AND INSTEAD OF EXTENDING A HAND OF HELP. YOUR BANK EXTENDS ITS MIDDLE FINGER. WELL BACK AT YOU . PEOPLE OUT THERE TRYING TO MAKE AN EFFORT TO RECAPTURE YOUR VALUABLE CREDIT RATING. I ONLY TOOK THE CARD BECAUSE I NEEDED THE EXTRA $175 -$200 THEY ACTUALLY GAVE ME AFTER I PAID THEIR MEMBERSHIP FEE AND ANNUAL FEE AND MONTHLY FEE. BUT I NEEDED THE EXTRA MONEY TO MAKE IT BACK THEN. NOW ? NO I WILL KEEP PLAYING THE GAME YOU MAKE EXTRA MILLIONS ON PEOPLE STRUGGLING AND I PLAN ON RUNNING FOR PUBLIC OFFICE IN ANOTHER TWO YEARS AND HOPEFULLY IT IS NOT A DREAM AND DOES COME TRUE, BUT I WILL OUTLAW YOUR BUSINESS PRACTICES IN THIS COUNTRY OR AT LEAST MAKE DAMN SURE YOUR CARD IS NOT ALLOWED TO DO BUSINESS IN VERMONT. HAVE A WONDERFUL EVENING AND I TRULY HOPE YOU ARE NEVER IN THE POSITION I HAVE SUFFERED THROUGH IN A BIASED COURT SYSTEM THAT IS SO BAD MY ATTORNEY SEES MY EX-WIFES ATTORNEY MARY JUST SKINNER AND THE JUDGE AND TELLS ME
IM SCREWED TO THE WALL AND I TOLD HIM , GREAT, WELL WITH YOUR ATTITUDE, I DONT NEED YOUR HELP, YOU ARE FIRED AND I REPRESENTED MYSELF. GOOD EVENING

This card is a huge ripoff, $400 limit, $125 annual fee, $15 monthly fee and 44% interest rate, get rid of it as fast as you can
