Working with Lily is amazing
I am just in month in with lily now, she is amazing. I already seeing improvements and big Results ,I feel really supported and feel comfortable sharing my struggles with lily, lily really tailors your workouts and meal plan to your need as an individual and is always there to respond to any questions as and when you have them! Amazing,I wish I’d started sooner!
Lily is simply amazing, from the second our contact started I have felt supported, respected and guided throughout. I am just once a month in and seeing results even after being very unwell. Lily is always there to help and answer questions no matter how silly they may seem, she is full of knowledge and I feel like I’m learning a lot from her already! This is the first time I’ve stuck to a routine and felt good in myself and trusting what I’m doing along the way! The app is super helpful too! If anyone is thinking about starting with Lily my only advice would be do it, you won’t regret you’ll only wish you started sooner xx

Pre-Natal Coaching with Lily!
I started training with Lily as I fell pregnant, and as a frequent gym- goer, I was worried about how I could maintain my fitness and remain healthy throughout my pregnancy, but also ensure the health and safety of my baby. Lily was nothing short of amazing- her knowledge and professionalism gave me great confidence when training; she took the time to really get to know me, my likes and dislikes when considering my nutritional plan, whilst also making sure I was getting all the correct nutrients and vitamins needed for pregnancy. I have had a coach before, however Lily’s attention to detail and effort in getting to know her clients is unmatched. The detailed and personalised plan Lilly provided me with was so well thought out, which made it so easy to stick to- a huge range of meals and snacks which weren’t boring and very fulfilling. As a pregnant woman, Lily was so supportive, understanding and compassionate, it is clear she has a deep understanding of pre-natal nutrition and fitness. I cannot fault the time I spent with Lily and I would recommend her to anyone who was thinking about getting a coach!

Online coaching
I’ve been coached by Lily for about 6 months or more now. I could’ve never achieved this weight loss while maintaining a nice shape without Lily’s help and guidance. Honestly I’m more than satisfied with the service she provides. She is very supportive, very understanding and replies fast. She makes the best nutrition and workout plan tailored exactly to your goals. Very simple and easy to follow. Always checks up to make sure I’m on track. The meal plan she provides is enjoyable and doesn’t feel like you’re restricted. I couldn’t recommend Lily enough! She’s the best coach out there.
Great coach, great experience so far
I’ve been on my fitness journey with lily for almost month now and I love it! Lily is such a lovely person in general so as a coach she really knows how to motivate you the plans the she curates with you are never restictove and she always listens to you input and acts accordingly. Honestly, it took me a while to decide I want to invest in myself but I am grateful I did it with FitByLily I have already noticed a difference in my appearance, sleep and everyday habits. Very understanding 10/10 would recommend

I've been on this fitness journey for 6 weeks now and I can honestly say it's been amazing! Lily is an incredible coach who really understands my needs. I never feel restricted and the workouts are so enjoyable. I've already seen a big change in my body. Highly recommend working with Lily if you want a supportive and effective fitness coach!
I signed up with Palmi about 3 months…
I signed up with Palmi about 3 months ago, and I am so happy with the progress I've made so far. I started off not being confident when looking in the mirror and was not fitting in my favourite jeans. However, since joining the app with Palmi, I have felt confident every week at my check ins and I'm now comfortably fitting in my jeans again (all without a strict diet plan, and extreme cardio!!). The meal plan and workout plan are super diverse. I never feel like I'm doing a chore or forcing myself to follow my plans as they're adapted to my needs and goals (and can always be updated if I'm not happy with something).
I cannot recommend Palmi enough - her knowledge is the best, making me feel supported and motivated (even when having a bad week) and I cannot wait to see what else we can achieve together in the next months💜✨

I signed up to Pálmi's 8 week challenge back in May and have been with her ever since. After being coached by Lily the year before I knew she would be just as amazing!
Every week after my check ins I feel so positive and encouraged, even if I'm having a bad week.
My body and my confidence has improved massively over the months and I can't wait to see my transformation in months to come!
The support and knowledge I've had has been amazing and I honestly don't think I'll ever be able to live with it my coach!

The only plan that has truly worked for me
I've been on Lilly's plan now for 4 weeks and my results are amazing, this is the only plan I can say that has fully worked for me! Lily gives me so much support, she really is a fantastic coach. FOR MEN TOO!!!!
I have always struggled with my weight and understanding what works for my body. I tried endless programmes, diets and personal trainers and nothing seemed to have the desired results and when they did the results were short lived - once I tried to go back to living a more relaxed lifestyle and less restricted diet I’d just pile the pounds back on!
THEN CAME LILY!
“Give a man a fish and he’ll eat for a day but teach him how to fish and he’ll never go hungry”
This saying couldn’t be more true when it comes to Lily. A lot of us follow these programmes without actually understanding what we’re doing or why we’re doing it and the confusion makes it much easier to stray. Lily actually teaches you along the way and that education is priceless. I now understand what I am doing and why I am doing it and with that understanding grows confidence. I now walk into the gym with a clear plan.
To many online coaches you feel like just a number and at times as if you are just speaking to a computer. Lily is so attentive and passionate and wants you to achieve your goals as much (if not more!!!) than you do and having that support behind you makes everything so much easier.
I am now in the best shape of my life and feeling better than ever mentally as well as physically!

I started my journey with Palmi from Fit By Lily 8 weeks ago & WOW I’m so glad I did…why didn’t I do it sooner!
My daughter worked with Lily last year & her results were insane so when she said she was going to start again with Palmi I thought I’ll give it a go too with her…best decision I made 😊 If I can eat bagels & crumpet’s every & lose weight then I’m all in 😂
So since getting married last year I’ve just let things go & felt really unhappy with myself so what did I have to lose?
Being a newbie in the gym was very daunting at first but now I’m loving it, the workouts are great & so easy to follow. I actually feel confident walking into the gym now 💪🏼
The meal plans are amazing, it’s all tailored around the foods you enjoy & the amount of food you can eat is crazy…your never be hungry that’s for sure!
Palmi has been absolutely amazing from the start & gave me that push I needed! She’s always there with a quick response if I need anything. She’s made me feel good about myself again ☺️
My body has changed so much in just 8 weeks which I didn’t think was possible…I’ve lost a total of 6.4kg/1stone & about 68cm’s in measurements!! I can’t believe the results already & I’m so excited to stay on plan with Palmi and see what more I can achieve with her in the future!

I have been following Lily and admiring her work for a number of years now…
I had gotten myself in a rut with my food and diet. No training or clean eating for about 18months, resulting in putting on about 3 stone! I got so overwhelmed with it all and didn’t know where to start again so thought I would get in contact with Lily to discuss working with her.
I’ve been working with Lily for a month now.
My gym and food plan are both tailored to the results I want to achieve and Lily is really responsive and supportive!
I can be quite hard on myself but Lily has been kind, reassuring and helps me to focus on the positive points. This is helping to improve my confidence and not be so critical to myself.
My meals were designed around a list of foods that I love and have been eating recently with multiple options to choose from for each meal.
Lily always makes sure I am happy with everything or checks if there’s anything I’m not enjoying so that it can be amended. (There hasn’t been anything I haven’t enjoyed though!)
I’ve lost over half a stone and 19 cm down in measurements!
Lily always reminds me to get in touch if I have any queries or problems, it’s really nice to know she’s available and in hand if I need to get hold of her. There’s never a long wait before receiving a response.
If you’re thinking about working with Lily- do it! She’s a lovely coach and really knowledgable! I would recommend her to anyone.

This is the only plan that has worked for me and I can’t believe how much weight I have lost and the plan is so easy and enjoyable to follow I couldn’t recommend Lilly enough! She truly is the best! and I can’t wait to see what else I can achieve in the next few months xxx

I’ve been using Lily’s App 4weeks now & I can already see results! It’s very easy in use & the recipes are great so many different variations even for the first timers like me😊
And let me tell you something the protein pancakes are so delicious life changers🤤

I worked with Palmi from Fitbylily, we started in February and had a great 3 months initial commitment. Palmi made me feel comfortable and positive about myself, my goals and what I want to achieve and this made commitment to this fitness journey much easier.
She’s always available and provides support and advice about different things and has a lot of knowledge in nutrition and work out plans. She helped me create awareness about the macros and how we usually eat a lot of fat.
She helped me design realistic and small objectives and updated them regularly after my weekly check ins . We talk about what I am doing and how I am feeling which is very important.
We do this online!
I feel better about my self and my body, I’m more flexible and more focused.
She understands that everyday is different and we go through a lot of challenges and she encourages me to put that behind and get back on track.
