Great experience well worth persevering with the exercises. They are not difficult
Appreciated your the written instructions as it was hard to follow the verbal instruction an complete the exercises. The exercises have helped my back problem immensely. I am/72 and found some too difficult but trying to implement them./Great experience would recommend.

I accidentally order two of the same product and emailed to let them know and if I could exchange for the one I actually set out to purchase.
The very lovely Lyndal replied and allowed me to keep both and just pay for postage on the new order.

Collagen supplement
I have been taking the collagen supplement for over year now, I found fit60 to be a good product and easy to take, just a scoop in water each day. The online ordering is quick and easy and the delivery prompt.

Marine Magnesium is very helpful and efficient!

Thank you for giving me back some confidence to do stuff for myself. I am able to do the exercises and warmups with some modifications because of knee problems. The Recipes are very good for a non cook and are delicious. There is a variety of recipes which keep it interesting. This has now become my new way of life and I am really looking forward.

except for delivery delays thru covid their response has been good. the product,does not dissolve readily so after blending in a machine it was more palatble it works well as a prebiotic. A.A
