Fisher is a very busy company. With the three hour difference it is very hard to communicate. I am trying to get my distribution and close out my account. I am concerned that my distribution has been at Fisher since October 28th, I text and ask for updates. I would like to get this finished. The agent, that has been helping me has been really good and returns texts and we talk. I do not understand the next step except that I am waiting on the last step to be finished.

I recently transferred my precious metals from another company into Fisher Liberty Gold. I worked with Joseph and Jonathan Bernstein and also Philip Custer. They made the transition very flawless and easy. They also took me out of accounts that were doing nothing with another company and put me in funds that have a much higher rate of return.
I cannot say enough good about them and how grateful I am to be in such good hands. I would recommend them to anyone.

Being Conservative with Christian values which came up in our conversations also influenced me which gained my trust. I appreciate his persistence. Philip did a great job educating me. I was an inexperienced investor and had lots of questions. He answered all I knew to ask plus filled in information to make sense of what I needed to know. His time on the job gives him instincts and recognition to share wisdom. I appreciate him very much.j

Nicholas Scott and Joseph Bernstein helped walk me through redirect of my 401k to a self directed IRA, precious metals. In previous experience with others, I felt slightly pressured enough to push back. Point of fact in this case I asked for a bit of help with push with the previous custodian due to their tardy service. I received that help and more. What a great experience! Okay, full transparency, I'm old. I'm a bit set in my ways, and change can be scarey, I dont have the largest account balance out there, but I do know what's good for me. Jake and Nicholas made this experience wonderful.
