Gorgeous walnut bedside tables. Great value & pre assembled.

I was WOWed to be honest as the item came in a very short time, great quality, good price. Very happy.

The most beautiful walnut tables. They arrived very quickly, extremely easy to assemble. The customer service was absolutely brilliant. So pleased to have found these gems of a table and this gem of a company!

Lovely furniture items. One of the bedside tables arrived damaged unfortunately but could not fault the customer service I received from Stephen. Had the damaged item picked up within a couple of days and swapped for the replacement item. Excellent customer service and really happy with the furniture set! Would happily recommend the furniture and company.

I received excellant customer service from your advisor when I had a problem with my delivery. It was dealt with quickly and efficiently and I received my goods later the same day.

I could not ask for better service

Beautiful furniture pieces, excellent quality and so easy to assemble. Customer service also excellent, will be purchasing more furniture from Fishe and Lilly!

We struggled to find two bedside tables the right size for our bedroom, and with a nice number of drawers. These turned out to be absolutely perfect. They arrived amazingly quickly and are excellent quality.

What a lovely company to deal with. Refreshingly swift and collegiate responses from Stephen in customer service. Their furniture is lovely and so are they! Highly recommend.

Beautiful, sturdy piece of furniture! Exactly what I was after, and came really quickly after ordering!

Quality & Style. Very pleased with the gorgeous side table which arrived within days of ordering.
Highly recommend this company for value and service. 5*****

Avoid - terrible scam of a company.

Took me 3 weeks and 45 emails to chase and get a reply. They refused to speak on the phone. Phone line was most unhelpful.

First delivery I was living with my in laws - never came. Second delivery had to change address and it did come. (This was after weeks of back and forth with someone called Stephen) I tried to offer them the benefit of the doubt and give them a second chance instead of a refund.

Items arrived and quality was not good on one of the bedside tables, other one was fine - wood was scratched and chipped.

Many more messages and they refunded me and collected the items except - they incorrectly/ignorantly deducted £10 restocking fee?! Cheeky way of trying to get back at a customer who had a horrible experience. Still in email arguments about this £10. Ultimately refunded due to poor quality but would warn they are not customer centric and did nothing to try and rewrite the wrong - refund aside, discount, apology replacement etc all not offered. AVOID!

Fishe and Lilly have a seamless, easily navigable, beautifully designed website, so it was a pleasure to order their Scandinavian Walnut Oslo Bedside Table online. Their communication and delivery process was excellent, and we are delighted with our stylish new bedside table. Thank you!

Quick delivery, good high quality oak modern bedside tables, clear attractive website

Gorgeous furniture at a great price

Really quick delivery. Great service! Would definitely buy from F&L again.

Beautiful bedside drawers, great quality solid wood.

Quick shipping, very well packaged to protect the furniture. Solid wood so mostly constructed just needed to add the legs.

The product I received is of good quality and looks as lovely as it does on the website.
Quick delivery too!

Both items were massively broken on arrival. Although the customer service representative did eventually sort out a return collection there was no sincere apology or reassurance that this was out of the ordinary. I should also point out that despite being in the middle of a chat conversation to sort the issue, I was cut off at 5pm when their chat facility closes. The chat itself took up a huge amount of time as they insisted on multiple photos of the item, the boxes, labels, the repacked items etc. Because of this we had to wait even longer for the courier to collect from our home as it was too late for a collection to happen before the weekend. We did not ask for replacement items and have bought elsewhere.

Do not order from this company! I ordered a table and chairs set almost a month ago and I am still waiting for the chairs. The table was eventually delivered this week after daily phone calls trying to get an update and being told different things each day. I have no idea when the chairs will be delivered as there is no clear time frame for this. I have paid a lot of money for this set and feel anxious that they may never arrive and it is a scam.

Thankyou for your amazing customer service Stephen. When my order went missing they sent a replacement with no issues I am so grateful and would highly recommend this company.
