Terrible experience with Fish.audio – no invoice, no service, no support

I purchased a service on fish.audio for €118.22, and the entire experience has been unacceptable.
I never received any invoice, even though it is a legal requirement. I immediately opened a support ticket to exercise my right of withdrawal, but I have received no response at all.

I have not used the service in any way, and I find it extremely unprofessional that this company:

fails to provide mandatory fiscal documentation

ignores support requests

does not process withdrawal requests as required by law

At this point, I consider the transaction unfair and the company unreliable. I strongly advise others to be cautious.

Played with free credits and stunned by the newly released S2 model, switched to pro tier the next day. I'm using it in my auto clipping pipeline to create dubbed clips for streamers. The emotion performs way better than other products. They are attracting more views then I expected. Totally worth the money.

Fish Audio contributing back to the open-source TTS community while running a quality commercial service is the right model.

S2 naturalness on long-form content is on another level.

Totally sucks. Wasted a lot of time and some money. Weird stuff happens with the voices.

Just want your email their service is bad don’t expect anything solid

They would not let me cancel and hid the cancel option. When I emailed them they said they had a strict no cancellation policy and would not refund me. They refused to respond to my requests further. Shady and their product in action sounds nothing like their test. Slimy company with slimy people. Avoid them.

I’m very disappointed with this service. It claims to handle up to 30,000 characters, but it only processed about 926 characters from a short 50-second audio clip. That’s nowhere near what was promised.

I paid expecting a reliable tool, but the result was completely unusable. When a company advertises one thing and delivers something entirely different, it feels like a scam.

I’m now requesting a full refund and want to warn others before wasting their time and money. Be very cautious — the performance and accuracy of this tool do not match the claims made on the website.

Die Stimmen insbesondere die Stimmen: „1,2,3“ sind sehr realistisch nur minum emotionslos aber sie hören sich überhaupt nicht matalig/roboterklang an. Doch bei der aktuell 3. Beliebtesten Stimme enthält es explizite Sexuelle texte beim Hörbeispiel. Ich habe es gemeldet bis jetzt ist nichts passiert aber trotzdem sollte so etwas auf einer Webseite ab 13 Jahre(man darf es auf Account der Eltern sogar ab 0 Jahren nutzen laut AGB). Schade das Gratis Version nur für sehr kurze Texte geht und man ein Monatliches Limit hat aber gut das man unnlimitiert viele verschiedene Stimmen verwenden kann mit Gratis Version. Ein weiteres Problem ist Derpfake Problem: Die beliebtesten stimmen: deutsch: Eine Stimme eines deutschen Diktators(sehr problematisch, so problematisch das ich gesperrt werte wenn ich ihn ausschreibe), unrealistische stimme, unrealistische stimme,stimme mit sexuel expliziten sprachbeispiel; englisch: Elon Musk, SpongeBob, Donald Trump, Donald Trump; Französisch; kylian Mbappé, marine le pen, 2x normale stimme , macron
