Installed the esim ok, but wasn't configured properly, AI helped a bit but it took a human (Julia) to get it working properly. Free plan isn't the fastest in the world but a very useful backup.

Today I had a great problem to activate Firsty eSim on my device in India. I looked for contact with Firsty in Netherlands and Julia and her crew helped me to find the right way:-)In 6 E-Mais between 4:50pm and 7pm she took me "by her hands" and showed me the way to APNs e Sims and other strange things.🫣Thank you very much for the patience,knowledge and kindness.

First of all, Firsty got the best rates and works usually perfect.
I tried in several countries / continents without any issues.
Now I experienced an issue and I cannot believe that I had an excellent customer service right away to solve this issue.

Julia, my angel helping me out, was patient and very competent.

Sinceramente el plan Free no vale para nada ya que no va ni para navegar en Google o mirar en Google Maps y el WhatsApp va bastante regulero, lo que podían hacer es dejar una velocidad de 1 o 2 Mbps y poner por ejemplo 500 MB y para poder acceder a esos 500MB que pongan anuncios (no los de la propia app como pasa actualmente si no poner anuncios que puedan monetizar) Otra cosa es que son muy caros los otros planes para lo que ofrecen en comparación con otras plataformas de viaje.

I have used the service during my trips to Europe and Middle East Asia. Sometimes in home country India, also. Free Ad version gave impressive data and then I started trying paid version. Recently i used their support to fix an issue which i faced while upgrading and support was really good. Happy with the service.
while traveling, if we take a traveler sim card from an operator at airport, it is binded to that network only, where as this sim connects to the best possible network and provide best data speed

The app is great and support is the best!
I used a free and paid versions in different countries and Firsty is must have app for all the travelers.

9/10 you need support. Its too expensive for the quality they offer. Support sucks too.

Julia from the Firsty Team Fixed my issue in a second, I just had to go through the Ai bot who is kinda helpful better than most Ai support services and then he transferred me to Julia who fixed my connectivity issue without needing to argue and in one message only.

I would say 3.5/5, but I can only choose whole numbers. I had the Comfort + plan and was in Mexico at Puerto Vallarta. Great value for my needs. The only problem was that the esim - which I fully installed before departure - did not connect upon arrival (Argh). But Firsty's help made up for it and was outstanding! A live person was back to me in 15 mins and Julia fixed everything and kept in touch for the rest of my trip to assist (as connection speed would drop off now and then - probably because I use a VPN). But overall it was positive and reasonably priced.

At first, I had some issues with installing the SIM card, so I contacted customer support via email. They replied very quickly, and after a few messages back and forth, the problem was resolved. The connection worked perfectly afterward. Truly excellent support!

The support system itself it’s very efficient, they helped me step by step trough a long process to finally understand the issue and solving it.

Volgens de website zou mijn nieuwe telefoon Samsung S25 werken op de firsty e-sim. Ik heb voor 27 dagen toegang in Nieuw Zeeland gekocht.
Afijn de 1ste dag prima werkzaam. De 2e dag geen bereik.
Wat ik ook probeerde, niets hielp.
Dus lokaal een simkaart moeten kopen.
Firsty contact gaf direct aan dat de Samsung S25 een bekend probleem is. HELAAS staat dat niet op de website. Er wordt afgesproken direct de kosten te vergoeden
Echter na 14 dagen nog niets ontvangen . Storend.
