I find the platform very intuitive, which is great for setting up multilevel affiliates for our coaching business. The support team has been very helpful (especially Mr. Prince) and responsive during the setup process. I also value the multi-campaign structure, Stripe integration, and affiliate dashboard features. The initial setup was easy, making it convenient to start using FirstPromoter.

Top Tier Customer Support
This was my first time contacting First Promoter support, and I was genuinely surprised by how helpful, professional, and responsive the team was. As someone who is still new to using First Promoter, it’s natural to have questions, and every question I had was answered promptly, clearly, and with a great deal of patience.
This was truly a team effort, but I especially want to mention Louis. While helping me troubleshoot the issue, he said he would “cross his fingers” that the solution he proposed would work. Thankfully, it did! Thanks to his guidance and support, I was able to resolve the issue successfully.
Overall, it was a very positive support experience, and I truly appreciated the kindness, professionalism, and dedication from the entire team.

Started using it quite recently, but so far everything has been working great. Having experience with several different affiliate platforms, I can confidently say this one is definitely among the best. The interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, customization options are easy to use, and the customer support team is exceptionally friendly and responsive.

Prince was unreal. Technical problems like webhooks and JSON bodies are a tough one to handle for some folks, but Prince got back to me quickly, took the time to understand the workflow and got my problem solved!

I was having some trouble linking the right stripe account and getting tracking to show up for promoters, but they hung in there with me and trouble shot the issue until we figured it out!
