What an A Team!

Very positive review for a fabulous service! From the very start, with Jo/Josh on initial contact to the surveyor and fitters, so professional and respectful. A special mention to Ray who was so supportive and kind. I wish I could mention you all but I don’t want to get your names wrong. Seriously, we are so very happy with the finished product. I would definitely recommend this company.

I will keep leaving reviews to make sure no-one uses this company - we are 2 times customers - first for a front door and windows upstairs and down - all seemed ok
So started a warm weathered conservatory and utility room with them - covid hit and we had to argue for them to complete the work - they had taken down our conservatory and utility and left us with just pillars and no washing machine facilities. Once they did come back what they did was shocking - the council condemmed the roof and they had to redo it and 4 years later we were still trying to get them to fix the conservatory. We have since paid £6000 to a structural engineer and building company to repair the conservatory as it was not tied to the house and was falling down.

Please please please avoid these at all costs!

We purchased a conservatory from this company 12 months ago, the installation was a complete farce. When the weather turned last autumn, we started to get rust stains on the outside sills. Numerous requests made for someone to take a look, thought we were getting somewhere recently when an engineer was booked to come out, but they didn't turn up. I wish I had read the reviews prior to purchasing from this company. Future buyers do your due diligence before committing to anything.

Very Funny, we had spent a OVER £5000 with replacing all the down stairs window's, new front door & new large patio door in September 2025.

Just in the last few week June/July 26 the rest patio large double doors had an issue with the top door stay breaking, a large rivet had come out of the metal door stay (Top of the left door)

When calling first choice to get them to sort this out under warranty, (Which took a whole week for them to contact me) they said how did you break this by opening the door? and we can send someone out but it will cost £850 for them to check the damage door stay, they then was VERY RUDE & argued with my wife & myself we then put the phone down, I have never dealt with such a arrogant person on the phone who represent there company, I will never recommend them ever, as we was going to get them to replace the upstairs windows at the cost of over £6000

I then found the part on Amazon for £9.99 a bit of a difference of £850.

if i could give these no stars i would these people are no better than the phone line scammer ripped me off for my deposit never sent it me and just ignore me saying they get back to me months later nothing back from them nothing but scammers !!!!!!!!

We are four time existing customers with First Choice.
Our experience from having a conservatory, our windows and then our latest order fitted 08/06/26 which was a back door, has been excellent.
From Ray in sales who is so knowledgeable,honest and most importantly does not make you feel pressured, to the fitting team( Mr Singh and his wife) who are excellent fitters and very tidy.

I am very confident to reccommend this company as we have had jobs over the last Four years and have had no complaints.

We are two time existing customers and have just had a conservatory roof fitted on 01/05/26, very satisfied with the product and the workmanship.

Ray, the sales rep is second to none. He is knowledgeable, honest, advised the best solution and never pushed the most expensive option, which for a sales rep is very refreshing!. He was also reliable and answered his phone whenever we needed any advice or assistance.

The husband and wife fitting team worked so hard and finished on the Saturday until completion at 9pm!. They are very committed and very conscientious.

I would highly recommend Ray, the fitting team and the company based on our experience.

I've had a number of jobs done by First Choice now. Front door replacement, rear french door replacement, installation of a made-to-measure canopy over my front windows and door. I cannot praise them enough! The work has always been excellent quality. The workers and office staff have always been friendly and helpful and willing to listen. There's always been a telephone follow-up as part of their customer care procedures. I've said it before, and I'll say it again, First Choice will always be my first choice.

First Choice Windows and Doors did an outstanding job fitting our new double‑glazed windows. The team was friendly, efficient, and clearly took pride in their work. After a minor delay, which was quickly and professionally rectified, (thank you Charlie), the installation was smooth from start to finish, the house feels warmer and quieter already, and the quality of the finish is excellent. I’d happily recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, professional window fitters.

Fifth job completed by First Choice. This time the External cladding. Opted for the Anthracite Grey, Astonishing!!!

My Dad has recently had a new garage roof installed by First Choice Doors & Windows, and is very happy with the result. The installation was done very efficiently and the installers ensured everything was left clean and tidy.

I've just had all my windows,a stunning yellow door with little square windows , all my guttering,facias and down pipes done with this company and im ecstatic with the results. The sales rep Ray visited us at a weekend and gave us an excellent service. The whole job was done in a day and all the workers involved did a brilliant job especially the window fitters a husband and wife team. Wow did they work hard and to an excellent standard. I can not praise them enough. The overall price was amazing. I can strongly recommend this company.

Who thinks it is acceptable to book a vulnerable old man with the start of dementia and has had his power-of-attorney taken from him all witnessed by a neighbour, and caught on ringing doorbell!!!!!
What lowlife scum, would do this to an 83-year-old man? That’s just the lowest of the low!!!!

Ray was brilliant helped us to choose and advised our new windows which helped alot and Husband and his wife was excellent fitters they worked so hard they cleaned up after them, I definitely want them to fit the backs next can’t recommend them enough so happy with my new windows I give them 100% Mr & Mrs Turner

I no ppl have job 2 do but every few week these lads seem to be bk asking if we want wrk doin, aint u gt ova places u can go?

Apologies if this is the wrong company however when I ring the other company by the same name but spelt differently, no one seems to answer

Just over a year ago, my mum and dad who are based in Stafford just off the Wolverhampton Road had some work done with some doors and windows and the front door has never locked correctly since being fitted

Courtesy of their age and the distance I live from them I’m reading the poor reviews on both companies leaves me worried

They said a young couple were doing the work. I’m not sure if they are brother or sister or cousins were married as I have not met them.

They told me they have tried to ring also but seemed to get nowhere fast
My partner and I do not have the best of health and cannot travel as my partner has terminal cancer and its added stress causes concerns given the reviews listed and stating ex contractors! Could these contractors be the ones that I’ve done the dodgy work on the windows and doors? If so, who is liable for this matter?

I have had windows and doors fitted by this company, they have been really professional, great customer service, all staff very polite and friendly. Highly recommended!
