Fantastic course leader in Jodie!
Excellent course overall with the blended online learning this I did before hand.

Training was enjoyable and informative. Staff feedback was positive. The only issue raised was we did not do any practical on Bandages which we did when we went on a competitors training course. Would have liked to have a refresh on that part.

Great course! very informative and well taught. Excellent tutor with lots of knowledge and patience. Very clear instructions and explanations and he answered all our question. It covered a lot of legal points as well as the actually first aid.

Great First Aid Training course. Course layout and content was really helpful and practical. Great location in London and the trainer Jodie was just amazing. I would highly recommend this training course to become a qualified level 3 First Aider.

Jodie was an outstanding instructor, combining encyclopaedic first aid knowledge (much of it gleaned from her own experience) with a rare gift for teaching.

I attended a 3 day in-house First Aid Course at my work. Jodie was our tutor and she was excellent, very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. The three day course flew by. Just waiting for my results - fingers crossed. A course I recommend everyone should attend - the skills I have learnt will be invaluable should I ever need to administer first aid. I would be confident helping someone if they needed CPR or required a defibrillator not to mention looking out for symptoms for all kinds of medical issues.

This can be a challenging subject, and in this case, it was dealt with great professionalism and ease, which made learning much easier.
The day went by quickly and most of all I feel that I've gained a basic understanding of what first aid at work entails.

My first time taking the course and have come away feeling well informed and much more confident I would now be able to make properly informed decisions and remain calm if called upon.
As a group, having the space to discuss past situations we had individually been confronted with was an unexpected benefit which very much broadened the overall learning experience.
This was booked on my behalf by my employer but would not hesitate to recommend Safety First Aid Training for this course.
