A great well rounded learning experience
The trainer was great and really responsive to queries, questions and comments. Learning to use a defibrillator was really helpful.

Safety First Aid Training Lvl 3
This First Aid level 3 training was well presented with productive interactions between facilitator Jodie and the attendees, especially as there were different levels of medical knowledge. This encouraged open dialogue with curiosity and challenges that may be experienced in the event where professionals with first aid training would be called upon.

A positive and engaging learning expeerience
The training was at the Tomlinson Centre in Hackney E8. The trainer, Jodie presented the First Aid Training in an engaging way making the contents not only enjoyable but also easy to grasp such that you will remember it in a real life emergency situation.
I acquired valuable knowledge from the training and will recommend it to others.

Excellent trainer
James bought what can be a dry topic to life (no pun intended), he gave examples of situations throughout the day that made the point and added interest. He involved the group as much as possible. I would recommend James for anyone attending a First Aid Training Course.

SFAT training was a great experience
The training was informative, whilst being delivered by a great trainer who was so friendly and knowledgeable. She incorporated a wealth of experience, both as a trainer and as a first aider - into the 3 days and made it both a valuable and most enjoyable experience. Even colleagues who had done a similar course previously remarked on how much extra they had learnt and I have no hesitation in recommending the trainer and SFAT too. Thank you so much.

Unprofessional and disrespectful trainer
I found the trainer (Kingsley) was unprofessional, humiliating and disrespectful towards me several times throughout the day despite the amount of first aid knowledge he clearly had.
Update:
Safety First Aid Training contacted me to try to resolve the issue by taking several steps as a way of apology in response to my negative experience. They refunded the full cost of the course, plus sent me some first aid kits, plus offered a free training session with an alternative first aid trainer. They spoke to the trainer regarding his questionable behaviour towards me, then eventually decided not to work with him again in future, all of which I truly appreciate.
I have changed the rating to 4 stars to reflect how they effectively dealt with my concerns and their serious commitment to resolve the issues, even though it took months to resolve.

I recently attended a first aid course and found it incredibly informative and well-structured. The instructor was excellent—engaging, knowledgeable, and made the learning process both clear and practical. The course covered everything in a hands-on way, making me feel much more confident in handling emergencies. Highly recommend to anyone looking to learn or refresh their first aid skills!

Engaging and informative
Very informative and much more engaging than just reviewing slides all day long. Incredible insight into the body as well as the role a first aider should play in multiple scenarios.
