Great session - the trainer was first class with great experience and knowledge and put across all points with intelligence and logic. Easy to understand and remember.

really interesting, very well presented, no waffle or filler...i'd say its crucial all employees do this training...and we got to play with real fire!!

The instructor was very to the point.
Even though it was a grave topic, she made it light-hearted. Her explanation was easy to understand.

Brilliant course

I appreciated how practical and easy-to-follow the training was. The online sessions were very detailed and easy to understand. The facilitator explained each concept clearly and used real-life examples, which made the content more relatable and easier to understand. I particularly liked the hands-on demonstrations and the step-by-step guidance on how to respond to emergencies like CPR, use of AED, choking, bleeding, allergies, to name but a few.

The interactive format, including quizzes and group discussions, also helped reinforce the learning and kept me engaged throughout. Overall, the training was not only informative but also empowering.

The duration of the training sessions felt quite short, particularly for first-time participants without any background in medicine or community health. I found it challenging to catch up and complete the online modules in time before the in-person sessions began.

Additionally, the in-person training days were also limited, given the amount of content that needed to be covered.

Blended 3 Day First Aid Course

I completed 1 day at home and 1 days in person. Aside from the small problem with the course website whilst studying at home, everything was as expected. When I encountered the problem with the online coursework, I called and the team assisted promptly.

The in person section was very professionally handled by the trainer, who delivered the course with expert knowledge and a dash of humour, which was nice.

The venue was lovely and easy to get to by public transport.

Overall a very good experience!

Richard Gow (trainer) was excellent, the props and mannequins he brought with him were really good and he showed us how to deal with all different scenario's, from CPR to Burns, to cuts and dressings

Dislikes. The fact that the course started the best part of 2 hours late. However saved by the fact that Naj delivering the course made it pretty enjoyable .

James is an excellent teacher. Knowledgeable, skillfully. Experiential and participatory. Engaged us students throughout the course. Very practical and useful.

Venue. Room not suitable in a heatwave. The room next door would if been cooler as more windows could open. Some of the tables would need to be removed for demos.

Fernando was very knowledgeable and shared real life examples that made a massive difference when learning such an intensive course. I was very excited to join this course but never expected to be as good as it was. I would highly recommend for both professional and personal use.
