Our Training Centre is based in South Shields, South Tyneside, Tyne and Wear where we hold regular open courses, we also provide on-site and workplace training for local businesses within a 30-mile radius of South Shields. Our First Aid At Work course is designed to provide learners with the knowledge and skills required to manage a range of first-aid incidents in the workplace. This course covers a range of topics including assessing and managing incidents, resuscitation, and treating a range of injuries and illnesses. Our Emergency First Aid course is ideal for those who want to learn basic First Aid skills. This course covers a range of topics including CPR, choking, and bleeding. Participants will also learn how to manage minor injuries such as burns and cuts. Our Paediatric First Aid course is designed for individuals who work with children or have responsibility for their welfare. This course covers a range of topics including choking, seizures, and asthma. Participants will also learn how to manage more serious injuries such as fractures and head injuries. We pride ourselves on delivering courses that are tailored to the needs of our clients. A fantastic EFAW course with a great teacher (Adam).
It was just so relaxed,yet totally comprehensive without being brain numbing.
An open session,with each of us from a different walk of life,we all got on great.
I won't hesitate to use again.

Adam and Helen were great. Adam was very knowledgeable, it was informative. The atmosphere was relaxed. It wasn't what I expected, it was fun. I learned alot and feel comfortable being a first aider. Thanks.

Training was superb
Training was superb. It was person centred and friendly. It was very interactive and delivered at a great pace. Both Adam and Helen were extremely helpful and patient, and over all created a fantastic environment.

Outstanding course and tutors
Adam and Helen made the course so knowledgeable by making it so fun, it felt more like a day off work than an obligatory course we had to do. I’d highly recommend using these guys for first aid course needs, as it really made it a difference in the knowledge that I retained.
