A very thorough course covering a range of emergency situations. I would have liked more emergency simulations to test the practical application of some of the academic content though. Thanks to Ian and the team for a very informative course.

Very helpful refresher on basic first aid needs at the office, despite only being a 1 day course. The trainer, Nikki, was very helpful throughout.

Good informative course
Good learning materials, theory mixed with practice and life examples.
Perhaps this course could last 2 days, not 3, with less coffee breaks but full lunch break, and more concise information.

The course is taught to a standard set by the Health & Safety Executive. As such, we are not able to shorten or compact any of the modules from the syllabus.
We do appreciate your thoughts on the matter and will make sure to pass it along to our training manager.
Three-day first aid course with St Andrew's First Aid
The course content was thorough and well structured, covering a broad range of practical scenarios in a clear and accessible way.
A particular highlight was our instructor, Neil, whose patient and attentive approach made a real difference to the group's learning experience. He carefully adjusted the pace of the sessions to ensure that every participant had the time to familiarise themselves with the material and build their skills properly.
I would strongly recommend St Andrew's First Aid to anyone seeking a high-quality first aid qualification, whether for professional requirements or personal development.
