UPDATE: although initially helpful they passed me to a company who did not deal with my particular issue and on re calling First4Lawyers they stated that they can’t help any further! Useless!

please note a lot of the reviews on here are written when the claim is started at a very early stage.

I think a lot of people like myself think First4Lawyers are an actual law firm. They just refer your case to a injury claims company and take their referal fee.

my case was given to a company which gave me nothing but pure headache they literally did not care once liability was admitted they ignored requests that I made for information. I had to do a lot of research myself and had to have things like my medical report corrected four times I had to organise hospital test myself. towards the end, my claim was undervalued but then I pushed them to request more from the third-party which was then accepted.
updates were slow. I had to chase them for information. What has taken a year could’ve been dealt with within 6 months.
An fee of 25% was taken plus another cost from my compensation. please check all the small print and read everything you sign.

I called First4Lawyers because my friends and family believed i had a claim, At first I was very sceptical and honestly couldn't be bothered at all because of many different ailments and struggle to get things across and my minds overthink things like being judgd or just looking like a liar. B i had the pleasure of speaking to a lovely lady from customer services called Grace, The whole experience was so easy and was pleasantly surprised about how she listened to me, Her understanding and empathy shown when I give her my reasons for the claim. She was very knowledgeable and asked certain questions where i was forgetting to things and jumping from one thing to another. I understood the whole process process going forward. And left our conversation with my anxiety lowered, I've had some very different experiences with customer services in different kind of job specs and I can honestly say, she's a credit to the firm, I do hope going forward if the firm needs more information then I can deal with the same person, So if you do see this review Grace, THANK YOU.
