Firestormcards Anmeldelser

Excellent all round and super fast delivery.

I placed an order around the 29th/30th March and was told the next day via email it would be dispatched within a day and a confirmation email would be sent. I realised after a few weeks I still hadn’t recieved the parcel, or an email saying dispatched, I’ve since emailed several times and tried to contact through the website but no response. It’s disappointing as I’ve purchased from them at comic con before and have been really happy, but this time not so much

Great fast service easy online ordering

Purchased item. They said they didn’t have it in stock, proceeded to ignore any further correspondence with me and did not issue a refund. This a scam and they will try and keep your money.

Brought a one piece mat of them and it came within 2 days and package was secure

Good price. Speedy delivery. Clear communication. What's not to like?

My order was initially delivered incorrectly, possibly mixed with someone else's. Jimmy was apologetic and very quick to resolve and send the items I ordered, and I wasn't required to return the item incorrectly delivered to me.
Postage both of the initial incorrect order, and the corrected order, was very fast in both cases.

Everything in order

Prompt delivery with exactly what I wanted! There was some confusion on what delivery service was being used but I was able to get my product.

Stock is extensive and always has hard to find items.
Always kept upto date during the delivery process. Well respected games site and always have had a positive experience. Recommended

The shipping was much faster than I expected, everything arrived as described and Jimmy is very nice to deal with. Buy with confidence.

Great communication, speedy delivery well packaged

Box was new and clean, and perfect shape when delivered.

Very happy for how this purchase turned out! Good price, great communication and fast delivery!

Great prices, used to play events here as well.

Super fast delivery, well packaged and pristine black library book. Good to know for future purchases, thanks guys 👍🏻

Fantastic prices, Fantastic service. Highly recommended.

Very good cliënt

To be honest, I'd never heard of Firestormcards before, so I even googled if they were legit. It seemed they were. I ordered the game on Monday afternoon and it was with me less than 24 hours later - that's what I call speedy service!

I purchase fairly regularly from Firestorm Cards and they are always reliable with excellent comms. Definitely a recommendation for all buyers of boardgames, cards etc.
