Easy to order and swift delivery but...
Easy to order and swift delivery. However, the delivery company left the game in a cardboard box behind our bins. Fortunately I found the box otherwise we'd have a had a wet and ruined birthday present. So 4/5 purely down to poor third party delivery.

My new go-to board game store
Used Firestorm Cards a few times and they are very friendly, quick, have some keen pricing and a great range of games in. some hard to find titles I’ve been after for a while - would highly recommend them

My recommendation: stay a while and ask for stock
Good customer service. Additional rare hidden stock when we asked for it ;).

Non-existence customer service
Given that the seller responded that the stock is not available (even though it was available at the time of purchase), he has promised me to process the refund within 3 days time. Understandable if the stock count is inaccurate.
Unfortunately, no refund was made. After numerous emails went un-replied and non-existence response after the initial disappointing news, I finally need to raise a case with Paypal to get the order refunded after a week.
I should have read the negative reviews and sadly this has occurred with my purchase. Luckily it was not a large purchase for me. I will never use this company again.

Everything arrived in perfect…
Everything arrived in perfect condition. Outer box was slightly damaged, probably during transportation. However, the inner contents were totally fine thanks to the good usage of protective material. As an EU customer, I didn't have to pay any additional customs charges either.

Games received quickly and in great condition
I ordered two games from Firestorm Cards, and they arrived quickly and in great condition. They were also more reasonably priced than many other stores. Recommended!
